“This place is awesome shortly after arriving they got right to fixing my tire. The tech let me know what’s happening the entire time. Athe other tire places said they could not fix it due to the compound inside the tire that I used as a temporary fix. Here they said no problem and fixed it. Ask for Nathaniel he is terrific”

“It’s very tough to find honest mechanics but the owner is a ver upfront honest guy. He’s not overpriced and does great work. Never had to bring vehicle back after he worked on it. It is a smaller shop so he does usually have to keep your car a while but that’s anywhere you go really.”
“Mel the service manager and John his assistant are exceptional! They explained what work needed to be done with my vehicle and kept in touch with me on the progress of my repairs. Mel also worked with my insurance warranty company to make sure my out-of -pocket expense was reasonable.”
“Yesterday I stopped at this location. I was having problems with my car after having a different chain changed my battery. They were insisting i needed a diagnostic as i was getting many warnings and many things were not working on my dashboard once the battery had been changed.
The manager (Tim Chrismer) who i spoke to when i got there was quick to ask to look at the car for himself. Within 5 minutes and he had already figured out the issues was probably a simple fuse which was confirmed as soon as such fuse was replaced.
So i went from needing a $185 diagnostic to replacing a few $ fuse in 10 minutes.
I will be making sure to take my cars to Firestone from this point on based on this amazing experience!!!”
