I've been here twice and each time it seems like all employees work at the dmv. So slow just for basic things. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and was planning on buying shoes but no one helped me. When I asked the person at the cash wrap this dude needed to finish his text before helping me. Like what? Get better. Tilly would be upset

The girls here were nice & helpful. I received a shirt for Christmas that was to small for me & I was able to return it for a different shirt. You can hardly find any cool shirts in a size large. Took awhile to check out but that was due to the sanitization in between each customer. Thank you guys for helping me with the exchange.

The manager is rude and unprofessional. He will give you a hard time if try to do a return even if you have a receipt. He is a bit of a creep with his female employees good luck.

Had an awful experience at this location in Sunset Mall. Service was horrible. Went with my husband to get new sunglasses for him as the ones he loved and wore every day that he had purchased from Tilly's a year prior had finally broke a few days earlier. It was his birthday (March 18th @ around 3:40pm) and we had birthday dinner plans so needed to be somewhat quick about our stop. When we went to check out the girl at the register checked another customer out in front if us but when we got to the register she looked at us and said that the other guy at the other register would check us out after he was done with his current customer. Then she simply walked to the other end of the counter and did not much of anything at all while we looked on confused as to why she walked away from us without simply checking us out first. The guy that she had said would check us out was knee deep in a transaction with a customer that was purchasing many items with security tags and it looked as if he would not be done for quite some time. He did not even bother to look up to acknowledge us. But what was worse was that the girl who should have checked us out just wanders away towards the back of the store with what seemed to be no real purpose. Shouldn't her number one concern be customer service? What was so important that she couldn't be bothered to check us out? We left without purchasing anything and a sour taste in our mouths. What a bad experience to have on my husband's birthday. Terrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I asked about a price of a watch on sale, and one of the associates jumped in and was extremely rude, giving me the completely wrong price on an item. I questioned her confused and she made ME feel d**** I ended up looking online and I WAS correct. Screw her. Just lost a sale. Retrain your employees Stay away go spend your bucks at Zumiez

All of the staff was wearing masks, however I went to make a return and the girl who helped me out was named Brianna and she was not helpful. She was very rude and didn't seem happy to be there. I also went in today again and she made an effort to give me a nasty look. That is not the way to treat your customers...
