I am so sad I have to write this review, but I don't want other people to feel the same way. I needed to make an Amazon return which should be free through UPS Store. This UPS Store located inside of Green Valley Ranch. I had to walk 40 min inside of the casino to find the department with my mom holding a heavy box! Not all hotel employees knew about this department when i was trying to ask where to go. Also there was no directions in halls. When I finally found them, they said for Amazon returns they charge additional fee cause it is not traditional department of UPS Store! Have you ever heard that UPS has traditional and not traditional store? When I was trying to find out why there is no directions to find them and also why on their site there is no information about not traditional Stores who charge additional fee for amazon returns, I didn't get any answer. If even it is so, customer have to see this information on the site. The guy who was working in this UPS Store simply called a security on me. Can you imagine? I am a tiny woman who simply wanted to make a return and was trying to find out all the information. So then 2 huge men came. Before these men came the UPS worker said "Oh, now they will make you leave the place". I was shocked. When security came they did nothing of course, they saw I am trying to figure out what is going on. I don't reccomend this department to anybody!

I had an Amazon return and this was the closest UPS to where I was. A very nice man in the casino walked me down to the Business Center where the UPS office is. I walked in and asked about Amazon returns and the very nice lady explained that they do charge $6 for each package and that even if your return states that you do not need a box, for this location you DO need a box. I almost left to find the next closest store but the lady was so nice and genuine that I decided that I would pay the $6. For me, quality customer service means a lot more than a service charge. I would have spent 20 minutes just going to another store, but I stayed and had a good experience. But you should know the terms before you go in so you are not surprised or put off.

This is NOT a UPS store! They charge fees for pre paid packages.

Hidden in GVR, downstairs by the hotel check in, in the business center. Okay, fine. Went in with a prepaid label to find out they charge an additional $6.00 "handling fee". Only reason I went is Google showed them open on Sunday. Package wouldn't get there any faster, I just happened to be out. Total fail...

I need to send a package on Sunday, so I had no other choice. I called ahead and the staff told me straight away that it’s gonna be extra fee. When I came, the staffs was quick and friendly. There are nice big leather chairs to sit. I had to walk around a little bit try to find the store so I upload the casino map here. Ups store is located in business center near the hotel lobby. Very short walk of you get in through hotel entrance.

Before you go, yes, they do charge extra fees so if that is a problem for you, call before you go so you don't leave disappointed paying a few dollars extra. Also, this UPS is located in the Business Center by the lobby of the hotel. Just go downstairs from the casino, where the doors near the pool are and there will be two glass doors where the business center is located.
Anyways, the people inside there are nice, I got a few papers notarized with no additional fee and it's convenient since it is the earliest "UPS" to open here in Henderson.
