It's referred to as the Green Valley Ranch business center. It is inside the casino near the lobby/registration, which is located at Serene and Carnegie. The lower level registration entrance near the pool. It has no parking and a small valet. Best bet is to go to a real UPS store.

Does not operate as a traditional UPS store, incredibly difficult to find, they don’t have the ability to scan any bar code UPS sends you and then they want to charge you to print any label that has been sent. Unhelpful and unwilling to serve customers. Highly recommend taking business elsewhere.

Please correct the opening hour. They close for lunch break. Super hard to find the location cuz you never gonna see any sign. It's deep deep inside of casino.what a wasting time
