I wouldn’t call this full service. I used to come here often but it has been some time since I’ve been back. I went this morning expecting “full service” but they just scrub the car down before you drive it through the car wash.

Worst car wash ever beware of James the manager real piece of work very unprofessional would not give me his name and gave me the wrong number to the corporate office, because he knew he was wrong in the way he acted. Customer service is horrible… they directed my car in which was too close to the guide and snapped off my valve cover.. and all James can say is we’re not responsible for anything over and over .. didn’t even a sorry that happened and that I can go very rude very unprofessional. I don’t know how he gets a job in customer service …The other employees very nice I don’t know how they can stand to work for him

Got a 16 dollar wash coupon sent to me by corporate because of a previous bad wash. Decided to use it here. Big mistake. When you think a carwash couldn't be any worse. Guess again. Didn't scrub the wheels. The roof of the car was left dirty. The wash itself left multiple dirty patches all over the car. The air dryers left the WHOLE car wet. I had to dry it by hand. I wouldnt recommend using this wash. This is the second time in a row I've had a bad wash from terribles from two different locations.

Definitely not a good car wash. When I Efirst pulled up noone was outside to help. Then before going into the automated wash the pretty much used brushes to wash the car as it was going in. After as my car pulled out it did not dry is as should have and it was still dirty. For 15 buck it Definitely was trash. I'd never go there again or recommend.
