Customer service lacks here! I've had the cashiers make me wait till they were done with their game on their phone before checking me out. No sign on the outside that says no backpacks but the cashier tried to make me leave my purse backpack at the counter. Since when are women not allowed to have their purse with them???

Besides slot machines aren't paying out , the clerk doesn't offer a drink !! VEGAS SUCKS . DON'T COME HERE , IT IS A RIP OFF

Wanted to gamble today and the guys whole family was at every slot. The son proceeded to move he obviously wasn’t old enough to gamble.. Other customers came and left with the look like not again..
