Went at 3 in the morning and stood waiting for 5 minutes waiting to be helped while the lady who was working was smoking weed in the side of the building.

I live right by this store and have come here for propane exchange several times. Came once at 8:30. The guy said he couldn't do it after 8 because he's alone and too busy. So, I came back the next day at 6:15.Literal conversation:"Hey, I need propane exchange.""Can't do it. I'm here alone.""You told me last night you couldn't do it because it was after 8.""I told you that?""Yes.""Well I can't do it! Are you going to keep wasting these nice people's time?" (referring to one customer behind me, who's been waiting about 5-10 seconds extra.)"Well I'm not coming back to this store then.""Ok. Are you going to keep wasting these people's time?"As I told him when I left, he wasted my time TWICE. I had to drive to the store with my propane tank. Those people waited a whole extra 10-15 seconds. This guy was incredibly rude to me. Won't be going back.Do not waste your time going here for propane exchange!

Just had cashier Bob s wife full on rain down racial slurry at me as she made him not serve me .her ignorant mouth wouldn't stop running .this man was scared of his own wife to the point he could not work the computer in front of him.i use to go here daily I spent a lot of money at this store .I will do all I can to tell everyone I know to never stop in this place again.

The auto car wash across the street was in need of maintenance and this location was the closest to it. The place appeared to be busy on a Saturday morning. 3 cars were already waiting in the queue. Staff cleaned the exterior of the vehicle before entering the automated wash tunnel. They were accommodating and helpful. Car wash subscription is offered. Would definitely come back to this place :)

Jose at Terrible Herbst Car Wash went above and beyond. I have a monthly car wash membership and every time I go to wash my truck. The vacuums are working well and the staff is friendly. Today my truck in after taking it off roading in the mud. José worked hard to get almost all the mud off, which was not an easy task. I will most definitely continue going to this location and will recommend to others.

Just walked in this convenience store to get some sodas bag of chips and some cookies. Went up to ask the guy at the counter where the cookies were and after 4 minutes of him being on his phone he finally looked up and told me we are not a convenience store we don't have those cookies. Extremely rude I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years I will never step foot in the store again

A nice staff and good spot to grab a cold drink and a quick snack. Prices are a little high for some items, but they always have something new and interesting.

I've been coming here on and off for a 15 years. They're always fast and friendly, nice waiting room and they don't try to pressure sell you filters you don't need. But last Tuesday they went above and beyond. Rolling down Pecos it sounded like either a raccoon had gotten under the hood of my car or the radiator was exploding. Slowly. I put it in neutral and legit prayed I'd make it to Wigwam. I did. The three gentlemen working had me pull into the bay and went to work seeing wtf had happened. It was something small and they fixed it quickly and were so friendly and funny it almost seemed funny. They had such great attitudes I will definitely be coming back on the regular for the service.

Beware of this carwash. Caution!! Pls. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GET YOUR CAR CLEANED HERE CHECKED IT BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT. They have damage the first paint layer of my car. I spoke with the "manager" he said that their machine would never do that. (Yeah right!) He gave me a bogus number to call, but the person is always out of reach. They feel most people are dum dum. I am not going to be shocked if I am not the first person that this happened. They are lucky that my car was not fully damage because I would sue them. I don't care if its small claims court. I called my insurance and between my deductible vs suing them its not worth it. You think because of the location of the place they would do a good job, but they are doing the job of a place like in a 3rd world country would. Disappointed!!

Kevin has a sorry attitude!! I had to ask can we discuss price and oil? This was after my hood was open, I was afraid they were going to take advantage of a woman in a Jeep! I was right, he said $100, are you kidding me?? The dealership will do for $75! Beware ladies!!

Exactly what you expect from a 'convenience store. High prices on a limited variety of low quality products. In this instance, a protein bar for double what you would pay for it in a different location. My suggestion, plan ahead so you don't get robbed.
