WEDDING disaster. I've heard of horror stories but Marica seemed trustworthy. I needed someone close by so I decided to trust the reviews. I took her two wedding dresses and my moms. In total $$$ of alterations but I didn't mind as long as a good job was done. I took the dresses over two months before my wedding. As the date got closer I got nervous but she kept saying "don't worry" I picked up the first dress and my moms, they didn't seem right or fit right. I got really worried as the week I was set to leave, she still had my other dress. I finally picked it up and i lost it. It seemed like she stuck a thread and pulled the dress to "alter" I was devastated. I cried. Merica kept saying this is what we do what do you want me to do? I was mortified. If I knew what to do, I wouldn't have hired her. I was understanding and patient because she was sick and kept saying "don't worry" that she would deliver but she didn't. I was validated when I took the dresses somewhere else and they were flabbergasted at the work or lack of. My dresses were different- one with lace and one with beading. I don't know if it was lack of skill or cutting corners or she had an off day. Idk what happen but I was disappointed and hurt that she would confidently think she did a good job. Sorry, but avoid her. She's nice, but she ruined my experience and failed me. I think even if this was a style of alteration, she should have explained that the look of the dresses would change. If she didn't have the time, she should have been honest. I don't know what happen but I was heartbroken and left to scramble and find someone with days to spare. It was a nightmare.

AMAZING!! I was looking for someone to alter my wedding dress and Marica was amazing! I was hesitant to take my dress anywhere. I had already been to another place before and they were not able to alter my dress even though they said they did bridal alterations. Then other places I was quoted such an extreme amount. But when I came here I felt so welcomed and Marica was extremely sweet and helpful. I felt comfortable that I was leaving my dress in good hands. My alteration was finished faster than I was expecting. I also felt the price was affordable and reasonable. I ended up bringing my reception dress and a few other clothing items since then. I will be coming back for all my future alterations.

I am displeased with the lack of communication. I needed a dress today by 4:30pm and was told I would receive a call on Wednesday or Thursday. When Thursday afternoon came and I hadn't heard anything, I called and messaged and did not receive a response. I called again Friday morning and it rang and then I was sent to voicemail. So I show up in person and the shop is closed and there is a sign that they are closed until 3/2. I understand that things happen but the lack of communication is stressful. Now I have to wait for my dress and will have to pay money to ship it. ----- I received a call from the owner which I appreciate.

I am so grateful to have found Ten Bridal. The zipper on my dress was in need of repair and I was on a tight time restraint. Marica, the shop owner, took one look at the dress and told me everything that she needed to repair - sign of a master of their craft. She asked if I could wait and was back within 8 minutes! She had repaired the zipper along with correcting some of the construction of the dress to promote ease of donning and doffing. Marica is honest, works quickly and is highly skilled - producing such professional quality work. She is a beautiful soul and is a pleasure to work with. I have found my new alteration shop.

I am going to say from the get the owner of this Bridal store has been amazing. I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to getting hurt and she gladly moved my appointment. I went in for my appointment and I just want to say I felt so beautiful from head to toe. She made sure I loved with how I looked that I actually cried happy tears. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend coming here either for dresses to but or alterations.

Quality top notch service and results. Come here for perfect alterations and kind customer service. My alterations have been very prompt with reasonable prices! The owner will play music in the store you walk out feeling happy!

This was my first alterations experience so I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Marica was so nice and comforting. So I dropped my wedding dress off on 8/5 to get a corset put in and it was ready within 1 week! When I went to go try it on it was perfect and another super nice lady assisted me with putting it on. Literally would give ten stars if I could because my dress now fits to perfection and is such a stress reliever knowing that it will work out perfectly for my wedding day! seriously can't thank you guys enough!! If I ever need alterations again I will def come here!

Great service, pricing, and turn-around time! I'd rate 10 stars if I could! Was a bit of a drive for me, but she had such good yelp reviews so I gave it a go! So glad I did!! I had my $3500 wedding dress altered here -- it turned out AMAZING! Trustworthy companies are hard to come by, unfortunately, but if you need alterations done to you clothing, go here -- you'll be glad you did!! 10/10 would recommend!!

What a great little place! We had a last minute dress change and this shop took care of us even though we waited til the last possible minute to even get it done. She was so sweet and FAST I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend this shop for any alterations you might need! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
