This target is probably my least favorite in Hendersen. Always crowded. Customer service is great but the customers that come to this one are a little rough and rude. This Target is pretty dirty inside and the parking lot is always full with limited parking. They also have minimal checkers to check people out and it took forever to check out. I'll stick to the Green Valley and Lake Mead locations

Bathrooms are always so dirty!! Second time I've gone to this target and the restrooms are unusable with all the urine on the floors. Very unsanitary.

Went here for some edible cookie dough like they have options for their brand and name brand so I can save money

Great service with great prices I love it everyone is so helpful. The only thing I don't like is that when they put a tag and it's a cheaper price and it's wrong they don't respect the price of the tag

2/27/23 9:15pmI went into the store to return an item that was purchased from another location. The young gentlemen at the register (LUKE) was very helpful and quick to help me. Once I was done with my return I proceeded into the store to shop around. As I was shopping I noticed an employee (CHONDRA) yelling at a customer. As I turned the corner with my cart I noticed the male customer trying to grab a cart. CHONDRA was fixing the carts and became irritated at the customer as she was working so she turned to him and yelled "WHY DIDNT YOU GRAB A CART WHEN YOU WALKED IN DONT YOU SEE ME PUTTING THESE CARTS AWAY?" The male customer responded "I'm sorry I didn't realize I needed a cart which is why I'm grabbing one now. Sorry I'm in your way!" CHONDRA responded "UGH! NOW YOURE BLOCKING THE AISLE CAUSING TRAFFIC HURRY UP! YOURE MAKING A MESS!" The male customer responded "I'm sorry that cart had a broken wheel in just trying to find one that works." CHONDRA replied, "YEAH SURE! LOOK AT THE TRAFFIC YOURE CAUSING! LOOK AROUND YOU!" And as I witnessed her nasty behavior TOWARDS THIS CUSTOMER I responded to her "Actually I don't mind at all, what is your problem and why are you yelling at him?" CHONDRA huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at both of us so I waited there til he grabbed a cart because the male customer started to look very anxious and scared. Watching that made me feel uneasy and anxious myself. So after he got his cart I proceeded to shop with my family. We decided to check the clearance section for children's shoes and found quite a few we were wanting to purchase! We proceeded to the self check out where I witnessed the same male customer ringing up and paying for HIS ITEM. As he paid he grabbed his receipt and CHONDRA ran over to the security guard on duty (SEBASTIAN) and said "YOU NEED TO CHECK HIS RECEIPT HES STEALING!" And the security guard SEBASTIAN said "Okay. I will." As the male customer was walking with HIS RECEIPT IN HAND AND HIS BAGGED ITEM security stopped him and said "May I see your receipt please" and the male customer said "Sure! I know she has a problem with me but I paid for my item here's the receipt for proof!" SEBASTIAN responded "I can see that, you're good man! You have a great night!" And the male customer responded to Sebastian as he was walking out of the store "I don't know what her problem is but I did nothing wrong!" As he walked out to leave I was at the register trying to buy the children's shoes. The shoes weren't ringing up at the self check out stand and there was an error that said "Please wait for a team member" as CHONDRA approached the self check out stand she said to Sebastian "Did you check his receipt" and Sebastian responded "yes he's good!" Then Chondra said to me, "EXCUSE ME, MAKE WAY FOR ME I AM COMING THROUGH!" I responded, "There's no where else to go, there is plenty space." CHONDRA came up to me and said "WHATS SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM?" I responded "The only problem is these shoes aren't ringing up, I found them in the clearance section and I'd like to purchase them!" Chondra says "OKAY! Let me type in the numbers" Chondra proceeded to charge me FULL price of all the children's shoes in my cart by manually putting the prices in. As she's doing that I said "WOAH! I found All of these in clearance! There is an entire clearance section with multiple shoes over there up to 70-90% off!!!" CHONDRA responded, "No there isn't! Target doesn't do that! I know what I'm doing!" I responded, "If you go over there and look you'll see the huge sign in the shoe section. Why are you charging me full price?" CHONDRA responded "I can't leave my section, I know what I'm doing! I'll mark them 50% off. That's it. Nothing more!

When I'm in the area- this is one of my go to stops to grab last min travel essentials I may have forgotten, quick snacks for my hotel, etc. love that it's so close to my hotel and work as well. Win-win!

This review is for my interaction with one of the cashiers. On Saturday 11/20/2021 around 7pm I went to check out. I was surprised to see the name on the badge so I asked if it was a real name or nickname.The young man told me a story of how he was given his nickname when he was born. Excellent quick "talk story" moment. He then told me his real name and I asked if he was from the islands, he said yes and it was instant Braddah-hood. Turns out we both knew of local favorites back home. Really nice young man with great communication skills and a cordial attitude. My two daughters (5 & 8 y/o) really liked him. If you happen to run across a staff member with "Turtle" on his name tag, make sure you say hello and if time permits, he may tell you his story on how he got his name. Definitely made our night! Hope to run into him again.
