The last time we were here, we went in and health with some paperwork things and wandered back out to the car after a half hour or so. After sitting in the ac in my vehicle for about five minutes, a security person came to my window and banged on it until I acknowledged him. He complained that we were loitering and needed to leave immediately.
So instead of finishing up with booking a room online like we had intended, we left and stayed elsewhere. The interaction really put a bad taste in my mouth about the situation. It's the dead of summer and it's between 110-120 for most of the day. Five minutes in my van in the parking lot isn't loitering. Please go be bored somehow else.

I haven't gone to sunset station since remodeling and it is a step up. They have made it brighter like Durango casino. It's nice although they still have more areas to remodel it's a start. They trying to keep up. I gave you a decent review but now I'm not happy about your properties meaning you and GVR HAVE BUG ISSUES. For awhile I thought it was just a issue with GVR and now it's the same with you. You have knats that is annoying. They bite they get in your hair. It's like in the south what they call no see-um. Really it's so small and it hurts. I couldn't enjoy my night and the other player next to me was getting annoyed too. She was waving the bugs away. It must be stations new slogan. It's not we love the locals it's been changed we feed on locals we bite. You need to do something

Not clean, bad air filtering, extremely smokey with dirty ashtrays on nearly every machine. Convenient location.

We live near by. We love to bowl at Sunset Lanes!
Noteworthy details: A couple of times a month my husband and I and usually a couple of family members bowl. And we have fun and we love it.

If you enjoy the stink and smoke and being charged for smoking on a 12 floor, then this is your place. WE DON'T SMOKE. We we're charged $250 for a smoking violation. Rosie the front desk Manager was nice enough to inform they had proof we smoked to verify their charge and was going to email the proof. We never received the proof of the violation and expect our credit card to be reimbursed. The sad part is we are locals and tried a new property. STINKY STINKY and low on business principles.
Their reply to my review is only for show! They sent me two receipts from the confirmation number.

Casino is clean and airy with open spaces.
Great restaurants, plenty of slots and table games.
This is one of our favorites when we go to Vegas .

I was in town for medical related issues, but was very pleased with the staff, food and casino area. this is hidden gem for people who want to experience the Vegas area for less money. The room was maybe slightly dated but still great for the price point.
