I called Subway corporate yesterday and reported this problem that happened yesterday. I always order food through my Subway app. Both girls who work here make my sandwiches perfectly with no issues. Yesterday, I encountered an indian man with a horrible attitude, I ordered through the Subway app at 11:50 AM on January 22nd. I put information from my receipt at the bottom. I came in about thirty minutes to an hour later, took the order, and started eating one of the sandwiches inside the restaurant. I didn't request any cheese in my online order, as shown on the receipt, because I have an allergy and can't eat cheese. However, there was double cheese toasted in both of my sandwiches! The Indian man said, "No, you asked for cheese,"and insisted that although I was showing him the receipt with no cheese! He said, "But this sandwich comes with double cheese.. That's why I put cheese!" He came to my table where I had both sandwiches, and he insisted it was my mistake. This wasn't a professional behavior and was very rude.I had to speak with the manager, thankfully there was white male helping a customer, not sure if he was the manager or not, anyways he saved the day I showed him my receipt, then he immediately ordered the Indian man to remake both my sandwiches. Then he explained it to the Indian man that it's the sandwich name on top, and there isn't any cheese. This is the second terrible experience with this Indian man, I had the same issue with this same Indian guy last week before midnight. He had no name tag, was skinny, had short dark hair, and had an attitudes long beard last week he was wearing a black turban. He had a terrible attitude and actually argued with me yesterday. Every time I go there the sandwich is always rock hard there oven get to hot or cooks to long or both the lady will tell you that's because it's fresh made bread if u tell her to cook it less time she won't listen 6 times went 6 times it was trash

The open sign was on and the employee wearing the black thing over his head told me to go away. It’s not my fault you didn’t turn off the bright flashing open sign. Not to mention there was a family inside ordering food. No one ever refused me service before. Corporate will be seeing my evidence.

It's one of the worst Subway franchises I've seen, I visit this subway four times a week, always on Monday and Friday nights, as well as Wednesday and Thursday noon time. Whenever I come in, this Subway is always filthy, empty chips, out of meat, or rough and crispy bread on the days I mentioned, especially yesterday, Thursday noon, September 21! I don't know the names of all the employees, but I do recognize two of them: a short Hispanic man who I believe is the manager and a skinny Hispanic woman with long dark hair. Unfortunately, both of them, along with another employee who works at night, provide horrible customer service. They are rude and inattentive. For instance, yesterday (Thursday), when I was ordering my food, they were talking in Spanish and didn't listen to my order clearly. As a result, they messed up my sandwiches. I didn't even complain because they consistently make mistakes, but when I politely informed the lady yesterday, she gave me an attitude and was rather rude, not sure if she'swas the boss or not but she was definitely rude to both of us. they don't wash their hands; they only change gloves, even after touching the screen and handling money! it's quite frustrating that they don't wear name tags to identify themselves. It seems as if they know they provide bad service and don't want us to know their names. Communication with some of these employees is difficult, and for some reason, they give off a racist vibe. Just last week, on Friday night, an older Hispanic man was joking and laughing with other Hispanic customers. However, when he started serving me, he was completely different and had an attitude. He even carelessly threw the vegetables on my sandwich, showing no regard whatsoever. When it was time to pay, a new payment option appeared on the machine " I think it was about giftcard new options", and when I asked him about it, he brushed me off with a dismissive "yeah yeah" without answering my questions. I have been coming to this Subway for a very long time, and it used to have really great employees. However, most of their recently hired staff members provide poor service, and some of them exhibit racism. I am always polite to everyone, but this level of service is entirely unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone seeking good customer service from visiting this Subway. My experience has been truly horrible.

Subway has changed their meatball supplier in the past two weeks resulting in a 50% shrinkage. What an anemic sub. Boooo. Was my favorite keto fast food until today.

Very Clean subway with nice playing music. My turkey sandwich was very fresh and so good! all of the veggies were fresh and tasty! The person working there this morning washed his hands after helping each person and also wore gloves... he also listened very clearly to everything I was asking for without having to repeat myself like at other subways.

This is not a good subway! The staff was somewhat friendly but this location is filthy and they didn’t put extra veggies like I asked.

Always come here after a busy shift at work late at night. Service is always quick and the store is always clean. Honestly love this place because it's one of the only places open late, in terms of food, it's a Subway (don't expect the best sandwich ever) but in terms of the sandwich being put together, 10/10.

Ordered pickup and got home only to realize that the sub had no vegetable or sauce. Called back to get a refund and the employee was incredibly rude! He said his name was Alejandro (not sure if he gave me his real name). He took everything as a joke and was inappropriate he should be fired immediately! 12/10/2022 7:25 pm

Only good worker is Carlos the guy with tattoos, the rest are all trash especially the other guy Alex that has bad customer service. Carlos has the best service and he's the only one that makes good subs, I starting coming only at night when he's there, go at night.. he knows how to make you happy. he should be promoted as a manager!!

This subway is literally one of the best subways in Henderson. I've been coming for over a year and I'm always getting the best service. Their bread is always fresh. Their customer service is always outstanding. Their cookies are incredible. They are very clean, and the employees are very fast and very polite. My favorite workers are alex, steve, and telma. They know how to make good sandwiches and are very fast. They always make sure you're happy and they put a smile on your face--excellent management and ownership. I've met the owners previously, and they are incredibly sweet too. This subway is the best for sure. They're doing a fantastic job maintaining everything professionally. They have the best platters as well. With my love, Laura

Went to use a coupon and was told the sandwiches I ordered didn't fall on the coupon, however I've used the same coupon on the same sandwiches in the past. Sandwich was made weird, mustard and mayo were placed in between the meat and veg instead of on the bread, made for all the toppins to slip out every bite. Lady that helped was helpful and did make it to where I could use the coupon.
