Let me start off by saying that if any of my family or friends in the area need a storage unit, I will never NOT recommend this company. They were wonderful and willing to help us above and beyond what their job required.
My family and I were moving to the area, but needed a place to store our items while we found a place. I drove down with a trailer full and got to the gates before they were closed for the night. There was an error in the system, so I had to be given a new code and was granted access to the storage unit so I could unload the trailer, even though they were closing in just a few more minutes. Since then, I have came back several times to unload more items, reload my items once I found a house, and to finish my use with the storage unit. Everyone I worked with was always pleasant and willing to help in whatever way they could. They even offered water to us on hot days when we were out in the sun. I’m sad to leave this company because they were so great. I do know that if I ever need to use storage again in this area, that I will absolutely use this company. Thank you for all you’ve done for us. We really do appreciate seeing people happy and willing to help their customers. Thank you for not turning your back on us after the already long day we had, along with the 10 hour drive and telling us to try again the next day. We really do appreciate the customer service you provided us!

Great staff, very helpful. Ending the lease was easy and even got a prorated return of my monthly fee! Would definitely use this location again if I need storage in the future.

Office is behind the gate, their number is for a call center, and they don't answer when someone puts you through. No thanks.

They actually have great covered RV storage. RV has minimal direct sunlight. Plus, they're saving me much Dinero $.....

Jessica and Lyle provide excellent service. I would not have rented but for Jessica's great attitude and salesmanship.

Very easy process. The unit Mgr was very good at what he does, and a respectful and kind individual! I would reccomend this storage facility.

The manager of the store, Mr. Lyle!? Was very patient, generous and thoughtful that giving me all satisfied answers promptly. Mr. Lyle gave me some discount deal as well so this place has the same expectation from many reviews on SN. I certainly will recommend you guys this guy and storage.
