I have been with Nathan and Stimulus Technologies since 2004. We started with some basic networked medical practice management and billing software and computer maintenance. In 2005 and 2006 we installed EHR (electronic health records). We had two labs and after the EHR servers were set-up, Nathan set us up with a central server to allow access to the same data from both labs. The data was substantial. Over the years we expanded to six labs and all were fully integrated. Phone systems were added. Over the years my staff and I were in regular communications with Nathan and his staff and challenges were addressed within projected timelines. Changes in the medical industry and COVID caused major changes to our business. Stimulus helped us downsize to 3 labs and install systems allowing us to have remote workers. These remote workers are all networked into our secure systems and the interaction with our remote workers is seamless.

We've had Stimulus for a little over Teo years. It was great for about a year. The tower always seems to go down unless it's sunny 72° with no breeze. So like 1 out of every 30 days Their Customer Service (if you can call them that) are non-responsive and unhelpful. I finally convinced my husband to cancel them. Overpriced for unreliable service.Y'all should have just stayed commercial. You suck at residential.

I interviewed for a Systems Tech position with both the CEO Nathan, and the CTO Brian, over TWO MONTHS ago. The interview seemed to have gone well, and both appeared cordial and professional. However, since that interview, I have heard nothing back from either one of them. Not an email or a phone call, despite having spoken to both of these gentlemen via Zoom. As a matter of fact, after revealing to Brian that I was currently out of work he said "We'll get you started as soon as possible if we select you." Maybe that was a power move, to see how desperate I was. Either way, Brian seemed to imply that he would be in touch. If you've ever uttered the phrase "No one wants to work anymore" in that office, you could have called me back. Even if my salary request was too high, we could have negotiated. "We'll have to pay you more since you live in California!" That isn't my problem. If you resent California's policies then don't do business here.

My experience was made great because Richard, a VoIP Administrator at Stimulus, is such a fantastic and helpful tech. The dude is really on top of things and was a joy to work with. Excited to work with him more in the future without question.

I have been using Stimulus Technologies for several years for all of my business computer needs and also for online and other complex digital needs. They are first rate and reliable for quick service and even for emergencies. Our internet service is great - and we live in a very remote area. When there are issues (not often) the response time is great. We are very happy with Stimulus.

Stimulus technologies has become my "IT Department," We used to employ a full-time technician to take care of us, but now I call Stimulus every time we need help. Costs much less than your own staff, and these guys are fully trained, certified and qualified to take care of your software, hardware, internet, website, email and other needs. I recommend them - times have changed, and it's hard to keep up with things yourself any more.

Nice people, but the service is so unreliable that it cannot be used for business. I have had it with this company - their service just keeps getting worse. Stimulus has easily cost me over $10,000 in lost business in 2020 due to repeated failures of their power supplies, boards, etc. Probably okay for home or entertainment, but my business can’t keep suffering loss of revenue that Stimulus then offers to compensate by a credit of 1/2 month of fees. Are you serious?

Our company has been with Stimulus Tech for nearly one year. I appreciate the open communication and especially the help desk. Whenever I call they are efficient and knowledgeable and always fix the problem. We had a phone/internet switch this year and Stimulus helped us every step of the way. They are currently helping us update 42 computers and doing a good job.
