Great location, felt safe. Front desk was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, coffee was great.

Only negative is breakfast. Very limited options and on Sunday only white gravy with biscuits. Ran out of everything. Large families with 10 kids grabbing 20 sausages at a time.

Long day after accident on the 15. Springhill was a great stop and rescue after 10 hrs in traffic with a family of 5. Jeremy was great at check in. Will always look to Springhill first. Rooms are spacious with 14,12 and 10 year olds. Pool was small...but hot tub was great ?

Great customer service. Very helpful, personal & accommodating. Jeremy & Nicole at front desk very helpful.
Other staff & housekeeping & maintenance also very helpful. Service with a ? smile.
Very good free breakfast. Has small pool & fitness center.
The hotel is a bit older but it has everything you need at a great price. Easy parking.
I enjoyed my stay & would stay here again.

We used this as the jumping off point for a morning tour of Hoover Dam. Good clean rooms with great service.

I seen there true colors over a pet fee, so I work in Nevada but I don't live here so stay in hotels 98% of the time . This location was very unprofessional when one of there Managers decided to enter my room after I checked in without my permission to prove some point. Without going into deep detail they know they where wrong and should have handled the situation differently.

This SpringHill suites will def be my recommendation for out of town guests to stay. I am a bonvoy member and this is one of the better places I have stayed mostly due to the great customer service! As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted and I was checked in with keys in under 5 minutes. All of the amenities and their locations were described as well as the feee breakfast from 7-10 am. They have access to two pools one inside this hotel and one for use at the hotel across the street but I believe that one is outdoors. The room was clean and smelled clean as well. I had a king bed and pull out which is big enough for 4 adults. The breakfast had a waffle maker and continental breakfast as well as sausage bacon and eggs they vary on diff days. They offer mobile keys at this hotel if you have the app which was super convenient.
Rooms: Quiet no loud noise spacious and clean
Safety: Felt very safe
Food & drinks: Restaurants all around the area

Very nice. Clean rooms, laid out well with thoughtful touches. The lady at the service desk was helpful and kind. Breakfast was varied and decent quality for hotel food. Try the Ramen and Sushi bar around the corner!

2 nights ago stay was good...Room was clean & equipped as I always expect. .I do notice that some don't offer historical norm of stocking the usual sink area toiletries (lotion). The lastest brand seems subpar in quality like it's watered down. The shower supplies of body wash, shampoo, conditioner --seem top quality. My breakfast here was terrific especially since I've had a lot of poorly prepared instant scrambled eggs along my last 14 nights trip. Really was so appreciated! Having to use the air conditioning though in the June heat kinda ruined myself. This one was on the noisy side for me. My mid night awake routine at 330am, I shut it off and remedied the issue till getting up by 630. I like the location much better than around the strip. Easier getting around.

Worst hotel we've stayed at yet!!! They waited for us to leave after we checked in to go get lunch n SNUCK into our room to see if we were lying about a cat!!! N took pictures of our belongings!!!! Mind u we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door!!! My husband had already told them the cat wasn't staying. We were waiting for family to get home from work to drop the cat off there. We are not from this state. Just here on business. My husband has been working in this state for over 2 months now n the staff made a comment of all the luggage he had!!! They also added a 200$ pet fee w/o even talking to us first. Later they took the pet fee off due to us feeling extremely violated for them one calling us liars....two entering our room w/o permission!!! There was no safety, maintenance or emergency....no reason for them to SNEAK into our room n take pictures!!!!! Also....they charge 15$ a day for parking!!!! N it's not even in a secure parking garage!!! Just ridiculous!!! We will never ever stay here again!!! They lost 3 rooms being booked with them for a whole month over this since we r traveling with 2 co-workers. Add the money up!! yall lost our business!! On top of the room was not as clean as they say. The carpet is so dirty it will turn the bottom of your socks n feet black!! If u stay here make sure u keep your shoes on or slides. Also the room layout was weird. N where they put the TV was in a very awkward place. When our kids pulled out the hideabed all kinds of crumbs came out with it ?. Horrible experience here. Save your money n book somewhere else folks!!
