I bought a spot light that did not work and returned it. The next day I went back to the store and the same light was put right back on the shelf. I bought a meat slicer yesterday and when I opened and it was apparent that it was a previous returned item. The tray was broke and now I have to make a special trip back to the store to return it. Just beware of the products you buy there and make sure the products are new and not damaged.

Really bad experience. I tried to find out the status of my background check. They never answered the phone. I pointed this out to the manager. They cancelled my order. Basically. they stole 25 bucks because I asked a question. Buy from a real gun store. These guys do not care.

Beware of Sportsman Warehouse. They'll sell you used optics that are previous returns. I ordered one online and when I tried to return it, they told me it's used an "No Returns." Manager would not accept the return. Unacceptable. I would stay clear buying any high priced items from Sportsman Warehouse.

Went in today and went to the clearance section where I found a 35$ rod when trying to buy it the manager Patrick said I could not as it was to cheap even though that’s how they priced it do not go here dishonest and overpriced business didn’t even try to make it right

I went in looking for Aqua Seal, I talked to 4 different employees and no one knew where it was located. After looking around the store I finally found it on my own. Really bad customer service, if I hadn’t needed the product today I would have ordered it from Amazon!!

The people who serve in this store, do what they want without caring about the company's policies, in the return policy it does not say anywhere that you cannot return a purchase in any store, they made every excuse not to do so, first they asked the receipt, we got the receipt directly from customer service, then we showed them that email with the receipt and they said they couldn't do it, we called customer service several times where they told us that they can make the return with that email, then they gave the excuse that it could not be done in a store other than the one in which the purchase was made, the return policy does not say that, and the customer service phone number says that it is possible, but that those who work in the store could basically decide what to do. do. The item is new, unused and two days after purchase, terrible customer service in that store be away from this specific store, it is a shame that the company is affected by the lack of knowledge and training of three employees!
