My machine for my daughter was given to me just yesterday on 3/30/2022. They guy who showed me how it works told me if the 2 lights on the side turned on to call their company so they could switch it out. I called at 4:55 today 3/31/2022 because the lights turned on and it started beeping loudly. The lady I was on the phone with said "we just sent that out yesterday." I said yes but I'm just doing what they guy told me to do. She said give me one moment and put me on hold and hung up. I called back today and they are looking into the person who hung up on me and they are sending out someone to swap tanks with me. I was hasty to think they didn't care. This is a great company. Thank you for making it right for me.

Southern Nevada Oxygen outshines other Durable Medical Equipment suppliers in Nevada. SNO gets my A++ rating because of its manager, Stephanie Rhodes.Each time, I called SNO (and I called quite a few times to test its customer service before convincing my mother to switch to this DME supplier), Stephanie answered the phone. She spoke openly about OxyGo Next portable oxygen concentrators and the availability of them which was important since portable O2 units are in high demand and often subject to long waiting lists with other DME suppliers. She even talked me through the specific documents and test results needed from my mother’s physician to setup my mother’s account and get her the oxygen equipment she needed. She patiently and repeatedly followed up with the physician when the doctor’s office failed to send all the necessary paperwork and then processed the requisition for oxygen equipment within a day.The only hiccup in the process was that the wrong portable O2 was delivered to my mother. Upon bringing the problem to Stephanie’s attention, she flew into action and coordinated with the right division to swap out the wrong equipment. It turns out that the delivery issue arose because SNO was merging with AA Medical, another DME supplier, and there was a miscommunication between them as to correct oxygen unit.Stephanie did not make excuses and owned the mistake even though she didn’t cause it. Not only did she always gave straightforward answers, she took charge when she needed to. Stephanie Rhodes at SNO cannot be beat in terms of customer service.

Aero Care brought my dad oxygen just when he needed it. Rebecca was wonderful getting the oxygen to my house on such short notice and so fast. Robert brought the machine. He was so kind and explained to us what to do as it was our first time. The best company! Thank you can not convey our gratitude.

Such a caring company. I've used them for years. I've been on trips to see my children and they delivered what ever I need, I use a consentrater, so far Nevada, Texas and Arkansas. Very dependable.

AeroCare always does a great job delivering my much needed oxygen tanks every week. Everytime I was running low or stocking up for a holiday weekend, they’ve always come through.
Their driver Michael is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.
When you come to a point in life when you need medical supplies, it is imperative to have a competent and caring company behind you. Aerocare definitely delivers that and much more!
