2 stars for the terrible customer service. I have been in this store three separate times over the last 2 years and each time, I have never been greeted or helped. The staff member was too busy cackling loudly with other people in the store to even acknowledge me. So I was rummaging for my own size and honestly today, I wanted to take advantage of the $29 bra sale, but I walked out purely on the fact that this was 3 strikes. Took my business elsewhere. Last time I purchased 3 items and had to flag the staff member down to help me. Their products are great but I won’t be going back.

I came shopping with my 87 year old mother inlaw. We were not greeted when we walked in the door and were totally ignored until my mother inlaw went and asked for a dressing room. Once my mother inlaw was in the dressing room the store clerks at least paid attention to her. Very disappointed with the service.

Soma bras are great. They are very comfortable and fit really well. But the sales associates at this location (The District) could definitely use some customer service skills training/refresher. This is why I only gave 3 stars. I visited today and the lady who I asked for help with was just so disinterested, she did not even get me the right size I was looking for. So, I ended up looking through their drawers to find my size.

Oh my I had the best bra shopping experience of my life. I am have been looking at soma for 2 months now (dislike shopping with a passion). Danitza was amazing. She measured me asked what I was looking for in a bra. She brought me a bra to try I loved it, immediately it fit, supported, and gave my mother of 2 bust a beautiful look. Thank you so much Soma and Danitza.

I came in here looking for a new bra, since I am currently pregnant with my first child. I spent a good amount of time in here, but the staff were supper attentive, helpful, and I left with the most amazing fitting bra. I would give this place more stars if I could.

Went in for a return today and staff was not friendly. No thank you at the end of transaction. Was told I needed a receipt for an online return when she was able to find my account and item to return with my phone number. I’ve worked in retail and you can always find an order through their phone number.

My visit today 11/05/23 was nothing short of an absolutely miserable experience. We were not greeted as we walked into the store and had zero customer service assistance, either finding a bra or assistance in the fitting room. Ultimately, we ended up walking out with no purchase. Of note and irritation customers who arrived after us were greeted and welcomed with assistance. This WAS the worst experience and a huge disappointment. Customer service is vital to ones experience, and this failed to meet expectations.

This was really for my wife. The location was super convenient because we were staying at Green Valley Ranch Hotel Spa and Casino.She was 100 % satisfied.

The best customer service! Sherri and Teresa were so helpful and kind. My daughter bought me a pair of PJ's here and I fell in love and wanted more, so I went in. Bras are fabulous, sleep wear is so comfortable. I will definitely be going back! They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

This was me and my mom‘s first time in the store! The ladies there were so helpful and gave wonderful tips. We had Miss Sherri help us out the most. She was amazing and thoughtful. Definitely coming here again.

I had the most wonderful experience at Soma’s today. Sherri and Danitza were amazing! they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Sherri gave me few bras options to try and I really loved all of them Soma’s bras made me feel so, good and confident.
