The first lady we dealt with was a complete c♡#+. She was rude and disrespectful and had the nerve to not even have the correct car pulled up. The manager was much easier to talk to but overall it was a terrible experience.

Most horrible service ever , the driver would not give me a price only had to tow the car 11 miles and charged me 377.00Driver told me that it would be cheaper like 185.00 but would not disclose price until he tried to hold my car for ransom saying this is the price or i'll take it to my lot and impound it.The driver suggested that I take my infinity to his body shop and not the one I instructed him and he would save me money, i declined and was overcharged and hit with a exorbitant bill or he would keep my car Beware of this company date of tow 3/16/2024 Terrible Terrible business practice

They Tow one Of Our Trucks back to the Dealer in Las Vegas, in February 05, the truck stay there for 3 Days and Yesterday February 21st. the drive shaft felt to the ground, I call the Dealer and my driver to se who install the drive shaft back after been tow and they both say the towing company did it, I call snap towing to se what they could do to fix their mistake and they won't accept their blame, now I am on the hook for $1,800 Repair . Beware of this guys, call anybody else and save your self fot a future nightmare

My son died in a motorcycle accident and snap towing was called to take his motorcycle from the scene of the accident. Since I've received several registered letters in my sons name for charges related to the tow. U can take the motorcyle and the charges and shove them u know where, u uncompationate, heartless people!

The Rudest, nastiest, unprofessional staff I have ever delt with. What happens when you give authority to a would be lesser person in society, TYRANT. The staff is very rude from the very first step into the office. They are not there to help. I don’t understand how owners let some people control their business knowing how they treat their customers. Not only is it bad service but I would have to say poor ownership to allow your employees to treat public customers the way they do. They definitely need to be recorded and broadcasted for the world to see. Accountability of your employees needs to start somewhere. If you have to do business in this office, be prepared for a very untrained, unprofessional, tyrannical staff. Good Luck.

Stay away from these people they are a rip off. My truck was 50 miles from Vegas they charged over 4.25 hours and $309 in fuel the total bill was over 1500. These people are road pirates. Stay away from them!

Excellent communication. Quick and easy and even let us know they would be coming early. Driver was also quick, efficient and communicated clearly the expectations. Worked out perfect and would definitely use again!

First of all I give this place zero stars. I got my car got impounded for something that wasn't even my fault. They made it so hard for me to get my car back when I had everything they needed. Snap towing and the police are literally boyfriends they literally know what each others but h0|3s look like they're that close. The younger lady up front was so nice but then the lady that looks like Ms Trenchbull came out saying it was not going to be released due to some dumb reason, it took 6 days to get it back and they sure loved it since I'm sure they get commission. Then since it was 5:10 it's considered "after hours" so another 50. Good luck to you if your car gets impounded here, bring some donuts for Ms Trenchbull with you maybe they'll be nice to you.

Followed truck 142 from 95 and Boulder hwy.To Craig rd at the 15... called Snap towing twice explaining there was danger to our hwy drivers the roll back was towing a white older vehicle with hood fire damage.. sheet metal had began ripping from front end(on flat bed backward) Fist dispatcher says thanks I will phone the driver and tell him to pull over and secure... as you drive closer to downtown vehicles bounce I can see the metal ripping- he's not pulling over!!! I call back explain again get put on hold now we are merging to the 15 northbound- two calls nothing done!! I exit on Craig rd but if someone gets hurt Snap is liable. This is no fault of this driver -bad dispatch two different ladies I spoke tooo no regard for the safety of the drivers on the freeway!! Shameful!!!

They left my windows down during the flash flood storms and left my lights on purposely knowing that it will drain the battery which will enable me to start my car in time to get it off their yard which will eventually result in more storage fees etc, not to mention going through my car searching for items to possibly steal and very unprofessional...

Took my neighbor to pick up motor home and had her sign papers and pay for storage. Was done with ease and she took her motor home from storage.
