So I really feel like this Smiths can stay with a two stars and it’s the employees. This store is beautiful and I love love coming to shop for this one cuz I feel like they have everything I’m looking for BUT the Employees DO NOT MATCH THE ATMOSPHERE OF THIS PLACE! I am literally the most easy going person I don’t even ask for help when I shop BUT the last few encounters I have had with the employees is literally embarrassing! I would not even bother with a bad review but how distasteful the employees have been I have considered shopping somewhere else. Over the holidays the guy working in the seafood counter was so disrespectful to me when I asked a question about a lobster I was planning on using for my family dinner. Made my boyfriend and me very uncomfortable to where I will no longer shop for the seafood here! Literally tells me and my boyfriend “oh you have to put up with this “ ? As i asked what time did they close down the seafood area. Who talks to customers like that ?!?!? Then clearly I do not work here so I’m not 100% sure how the rewards numbers and app work together so I’m use to typing in my number and then scanning my phone but as I did that today the lady checking me out made me feel dumb cuz she stated I didn’t need to do that and kinda chuckled at me and i apologized cuz usually when I do both I am under the assumption that it does something to save me some type of money. I will definitely scan my own stuff next time and not waste anyones time and not bother to ask ANY employee for help as chat GPT can answer for me. Yall should really work on customer service. Definitely not a nice place to shop anymore.

false advertising, they were advertising prime rib online and in the app at $8.49 per lb when I went to the store to get it they said it was $12.99 per pound, I showed the representative the price in the app. She verified it in her app and said it was still incorrect and they would not honor the price — minutes later the app and the price per pound updated, I think this is very shady practices from such a large chain and shows they have zero integrity.

My local Smith’s, staff is friendly, only complaint is they don’t always clear outdate items off of the shelves in time so I have come home with expired items a handful of times when I havent checked

Large & clean location. Plenty of parking and shopping new near by. Gas station at this location. Starbucks and gambling 🎰 here. Home goods & clothing & some shoes sold here too. Very nice Smith's 👍☺️
