Very professional staff who are very good at their craft. Install went well and they spent as as much time as required to teach how to use the app and remote. Answered every question and explained everything.

I can’t remember the names of the two reps that delivered our Sleep Number bed but they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained to us on how the sleep number function . So appreciative for both reps. Thank you !

Best shopping experience ever! Don, the Store Manager, was great! He came to my house to assess my sleep needs, kept me informed of my delivery, and was extremely personable and caring! I hated my previous Tempurpedic and Craftmatic beds, so I was very happy to find Sleep Number! The store is nicely set up and the employees were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Sleep Number!!

Being able to try each bed and level of comfort was invaluable. The best part was when Alicia did the pressure mapping and confirming that my husband needs a more firm mattress than I do. We can’t get what our bodies need from traditional mattresses. No wonder I toss and turn!

Everything was good till they delivered our bed, the delivery guys left dirt foot prints all over our rug and carpet. They need to have foot covers or something.

Stellar customer service... was initially given wrong size for my flex top probably because I insisted that I have a split king. Well Don the store manager made it all work out. I did have to return to the store but I got a discount and the right sheets. Love the people. They take their time to listen and know your needs. Purchased our bed 2020... truly the best bed ever.

Alex Norton was a big help as soon as we walked in. He helped me with everything from picking out a mattress to upgrading my ottoman. I would definitely come back for any upcoming furniture purchases.

Today we stop by to see dining rooms and we were were welcome by Alexander he has the best attitude and had so much patience with me I kept asking to see more and his attitude stayed the same. You have the right person on the floor. I do see him growing in the company .yes we bought our dining room with him
