Regarding the restaurant, not the hotel. Prices are good. Service is excellent. Food is basic.

They charged me $100 for 2 days of parking and they never told me that there is an extra parking charge for clients, they deducted it from the deposit, it was a bad experience.

I'd like to start out with the rooms. The rooms we're a great deal for the price. They were nice and clean and weren't outdated. Overall, the rooms were a five*. Next, let's go with service, everybody
that I came in contact including restaurant personnel, bar service, front desk, phone, room service, etc. Were all helpful and kind, another 5*. The location was great. It's nice to stay away from the craziness of the strip and downtown, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
Over all I would highly recommend this hotel and casino ?.

Went there for breakfast. They offer several specials, but waitress didn't offer any explanation of them even after asking several times. Felt like we were bothering her. Food was acceptable.

The staff here is quite unfriendly. Very little wait staff. When she finally did come around, I had already spent my 100 dollar limit and was working on the last 5 dollars, I asked for a Budweiser and was told that I wasn't betting enough. If she had come around earlier she would have seen that I was betting over a dollar a spin. It was not very busy at all so she had plenty of time. If you ask for a drink directly from the bar you're told, " someone will be by to get your drinks". However that didn't happen until I wasn't betting enough!!!

My husband and I went to the restaurant yesterday to try the $13.95 prime rib. We were pleasantly surprised at the generous cut and quality of this meat. It was flavorful and oh so tender! The staff at the restaurant is nice and attentive. The restaurant as well as the casino is very clean. Unfortunately, they did not seem to have cocktail service on the casion floor, but we will definitely be making a trip back for the prime rib!

Very rude reception. Extremely rude . Whatever I ask , keep saying " I don't know , I don't care " . I am from Japan , and I cannot tolerate rudeness. We are your customers, where is your manner . Had very bad experience.

Very bad reception. I stayed 3 days and not even once they cleaned my room . I had to clean it myself. Hotel staff is very cold and rude
