She's not very helpful just there to get your money. She didn't even tell me that a party collected from my insurance which was their fault to begin with hit me. Not even an update telling me my insurance was going up because of this. If I hadn't shopped around for a new insurer I wouldn't even know about it only the new insurer told me there was a record of someone collecting .They don't care about their customer. Because if they did they would at least notify you of this. Go somewhere else. All the good ratings she gets are people not having issues. But when an issue arises she is not there for you. Been a customer since 2003 and never gave her problems.
