Do NOT use their car wash. Went through car wash 9/5/24 around 9pm and the brush smashed against the rear of my car, thrusting the car forward and upward. The machine then retreated and wash ended. I got out to check and immediately noticed the OEM spoiler was pushed off the trunk on driver side, and trunk is bent. Spoke to night attendant and he confirmed that other cars have had things knocked off. He said they recently replaced parts of the machine and have been having issues.

I went through the drive-through car wash this morning, and the system had problems. One whole side of my car was covered with soap, and the dryers did not work on that side. When I went inside and told them, they did offer me a refund, but when I asked for towels, they said they didn't have any and didn't offer me any further assistance. A very kind person gave me a towel from their car. A five minute exercise ended out taking me 15 minutes on an important day. Do you think they could have offered to come out and help, apologized a few times, or just done some other basics of customer service. A bit disappointing.

Pumps won't sell you gas unless you buy a car wash. At least that was my experience. I just wanted some gas and it would take my cards (I tried 2) then go through the 3 questions and then when I selected no to car wash bam it says card invalid. I mean who buys a car wash when it's raining? So now my checking has an $85 pending charge and my credit card has a $1 and I have no gas.

My friend had stopped @ a Green Valley grocery on his way over to my house & got 2 tall cans, hard seltzers that was 2 for $4.00. I had ran out later that evening to Target & looked for a GV grocery on Yelp & found this close to where I was so I stopped in because he had told me they also had buy 2 Vizzy's for $4.00 tall cans so I wanted to pick some up. Real easy to find, on the corner of Eastern. Plenty of parking, area well lit. Wasn't very busy when I stopped in which was probably around 7/8pm. I went inside & directly to the booze cooler. I didn't find any Vizzy's but did find 2 for $4.00 pineapple Truly tall can's which is a favorite of mine & they had buy 3 for $5.50 on the Bud Light cherry tall cans. I had my hands full & probably looked like an alcoholic as I was walking up to the counter....lol Guy was friendly, check out was very easy & quick. He bagged up all my tall cans & I was out the door. Definitely will come back here for more tall cans to see if their on sale & stock up! Their store windows are tinted so it makes it look like its closed when you pull into the parking lot. See photo. Luckily there were people getting gas & someone walked out of the store before I got out of my car so I knew they were open.

My wife and I visit this place frequently.We enjoy the friendly people behind the counter, the great selection of different items, and the reasonable prices for a convenience store.They have good quality gas, an excellent car wash, and a clean and bright store.This is a great place to stop if you were on South Eastern and find yourself in need.

It's a gas station they have a $0.10 discount for cash can get any kind of snack you want something to drink

Stopped going here a year ago because multiple pumps were useless, routinely requiring me to go inside and deal with a rude cashier. Same credit cards worked flawlessly at any other station, including other Shell stations. STUPIDLY decided to try this place today. Five different pumps told me to go inside. Nope! Drove across the street to nearest competitor where my card worked just fine. Shell needs to take this station away from current franchisee/owner/manager and get someone who can run the place professionally.

Car wash takes way too long. Unprecedented amount of time that I sat in line for a drive-through car wash. And the individual who works in the store right now needs to learn to speak to customers. Not one word came out of her mouth.
