The free car wash w purchase of $24 of gas is a good deal but it's ruined by the cheap soap being used that destroys the car paint and leaves black marks all over. Took me over 1 hour today just to clean off the black marks, which defeats the purpose of getting a car wash...cmon John, please change and use a better quality soap for the car wash!!!

We have always gone to this 24/7 Express smog check (located behind the Shell Station 201 Stephanie) because of the kindness of the personnel, in particular, a very courteous and happy Hispanic man that we saw for over 5 years. ( The last time we saw him was February of 2023.) This year we expected the same courteous treatment and went back for our smog check. Today there were two new people doing smog checks. Both were Extremely Rude! The lead guy came up to the car with a huge attitude. He demanded, loudly, that I get out of the car. Now, we just pulled up. I told him that my son would go in and pay, and that I recently had back surgery and would need to stay in the seat. Remember, the computer plug in is located right by my left knee and he could plug it in just fine. After his outburst, I told him, 'I don't understand, the plug is right there. Furthermore, I explained to him about my physical issues and ask if there was anywhere close by I could sit if I did "need" to get out of the car. That really set him off for some reason. He threw up his hands and repeated in very loud angry voice: "Why is there so much drama? I get many disabled people in here and They can get out of the car just fine!" My son, who was with me, told this creepy guy 'she can't stand for very long'... but This guy just keep yelling: "What makes her so special?" etc. This went on for a few minutes, so I just stopped talking, managed to get out of seat and hang onto the outside handle of the backseat door. He plugged in the gadget. My son came back from paying right away and told me to go ahead and sit back down into the car seat, which I did. Luckily he was there to help. Interestingly, there were no other customers waiting for a smog check... now I can see why. He had me so nervous, I left without getting gas. Seriously, if this is the way to do business now, by harassing and embarrassing customers, good luck. We will Never go Back there again... Ever!!!

Lousy gas station. Rude cashiers who are always either high or just don't care. Half the pumps are out of service. Never has receipt paper loaded at the pumps. The car wash is probably one of the worst. Seedy and dumpy customer profile. Never a good stop to make.

The worlds worst automatic car wash machine. Soap still on car, rinse and dry were completely inadequate. No wonder it's 5+ dollars cheaper than normal automatic car washes

It's well maintained, but there are some parts that leave a bit to be desired. Friendly staff and good service.

Open on sunday, for sure for sure. Only $19.99 out the door. Fast smog guy no waiting. Unlike the other smog shop across the corner they really are open on Sunday.

I needed a Smog done so I walked in was greeted right away by Kashmir with a beautiful smile and she said welcome to shelll as did Korinne so 2 pretty smiles great attitude and seemed happy to welcome every great experience and great customer service will forever be a customer now and as for my smog I passed so this was a great tripMike the NY Giants Fan Go Blue

Whoever I speak to at 12pm today September 2,2022 is so rude, you guys know you better have good customer service.Called to ask the price for my car and he yelled at me two times for the price and hung up.What a unprofessional guy. Hope people have Good manners and right conduct

Prices on the shelf do not come up at the register so they charge you more then the shelf price and when you tell the clerk they don't care and don't even blink or check the shelf, a real store would check the shelf remove the wrong price and charge you the stated price for your troubles. Never coming back.
