Initially reserved enclosed unit for my trailer but a rv spot had just opened up. My mistake actually turned out to be great timing. Anyways, within an hour Susy had me transferred, paper work signed, and even showed me the new unit.”

“I have been in an Extra Space Storage unit for over 2 years after the housing market crash or skyrocketing rents in May of 2022. Michael (the Manager) was just getting his time started at Extra Space when we started our time here. Well, the market is still bad, economy is in the tank, and Michael is still here working to bring you the absolute best Customer Service and help one could ask for, I’ve seen it! I would personally like to thank Michael, Bruce and the team that make my time here a bit easier to accept. I don’t have the stress of losing my unit and if I need assistance, I call Michael or one of the others and let them know what’s going on. Recently my employer thought it would be a good idea to change the payroll company that handles my families banking. Needless to say our finances took a bit longer to post and this was when my unit was due. Michael made me feel at ease in knowing that my unit was safe and not going anywhere, yet there would be a late fee.; one which I found to be quite affordable. This is what most businesses have forgotten over the years. Yes, they are in business to make money, but they care about those who trust them with their valuables. So Michael, Bruce and anyone I’ve missed; thank you for remembering us little guys that count on you to be there when we need help most! You Rock!”
“Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Julius was “OVER THE TOP” Magnificent. I came here with a friend “by accident” because I couldn’t find the storage place I was looking for. But, as fate would have it, GOD had other plans. Julius’s professional nature and ability to explain everything was why I did not go to the other place. The computer picked my unit and even upgraded me in the system. They are running at 91 percent occupancy, so the chances of getting the deal I got were close to slim and none. I got a “computer generated” 10 X 10 for under $40. Unheard of. (Photo attached.) You can reserve a unit online with no credit card, good for 8 days. This place is modern and clean. She's kind, courteous and in tune with the property and what my space needs are.. She's got a good heart and is very assuring that this is a good, safe place for my stuff. “StorAmerica hands down has been the best storage facility I have ever rented in over 20++ years!! The facility configuration is one of the best. It is clean, secure, climate controlled, you unload and load inside the building, which in summer months makes a huge difference. They also have on site van rental for a nominal fee. For those seeking RV storage, they offer covered parking, dump stations and charging ability. The facility location is central to the area.The best aspect of this facility are their representatives. Patrick and Drake have such a superior sense of exceptional customer service, they go above and beyond to help the customers. Anytime I would need their assistance they were courteous, professional and friendly. I'm moving and wish they had a StorAmerica where I am locating too. Check them out, you won't regret it.”
