This is my first experience with any type of counseling support.Anastasia Immediately provided Strategies and guidance into my daily routine . Her professionalism Put me at ease right from the start and I would highly recommend salt and light coaching And counseling center to anybody that may be seeking guidance and support .

Anastasia is a positive shining light! I have always come away from our sessions feeling uplifted and encouraged that I can deal with the situation we discussed in that days session. She shows a genuine interest of my well being! I like that she is easy to talk to, non judgemental and gentle, yet holds me accountable and calls me out should I try to take the easy way out! I feel blessed to have found this angel!

Anastasia has been such a blessing in my life! I immediately felt calm and comfortable around her. She is so positive and caring. She doesn't judge you or your situation and truly listens to what you're saying. She helped me to attain some much needed confidence in myself at a major crossroad in my life.
