I went to this location today for last minute nail supplies for my vacation tomorrow. The entire time I felt like I was followed and watched as if I would steal. The employee came down the same aisle at least 4-5 times. There were other customers in the store but yet I was being babysat.I don't know what type of customers this store is use to having but as a woman of color, it is disgusting to have been followed and watched the way I was. I find it abnormal to share an aisle constantly with employees who were not stocking the aisle and for employees to basically be over your shoulder as you are minding your business, picking nail colors. I own a nail salon. It's important to pick the right products.This store will never get my business again and I hope this reaches the right person in management. Everyone black doesn't steal! And please back off your customers because nobody wants to be followed or for employees to stand over their shoulders while they shop. Back Off!

Took my 15 yoa daughter in to get our supplies to color her hair. Xan was an unbelievable sales person and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for what you do Xan! Stay this way for the rest of your life and it will get you places!!

I'm late don't this review but anyway I was in this store a couple weeks ago, The manager Amillia( maybe spelled wrong) I bought a product that was $15.59 I get to the register she charged me $19.99 I told her the price on the shelf is $15.59 she said "It's we haven't updated the price on the shelf yet, I told her that okay but she had to honor the price on the shelf, I told she will need to refund me my money, she refused to said she can't cause her drawer will be short , plus I had a $10 reward she suggested that she refund the entire amount which was not possible cause I would love the reward, so we went round and round for a hour or so! I def don't suggest this store, but if you do go to this store make sure and read the receipt, cause I'm my opinion this manager stole money from me! She was very rude, worse customer service I've experienced at Sally's!

I spend hundreds of dollars at Sally's beauty a month I don't frequent at this location because frankly I've never had a good experience at this one tonight. I go in eight minutes before I close although I realize it's Sunday and they are trying to close up. I only went in for two things, walked around the store a few times both associates looked at me several times never asked if I needed help or if I was looking for anything yet the lady Sandra yells across the store ma'am we're closing in two minutes. I told her I was aware I really wanted to let her know that if she had helped me find what I was looking for I would've been out of there already. However, I didn't get any help or anything. Just trying to get me out of the store, I get to the register try to pay with cash she didn't have change.:: OK that's fine. I can use my debit card is what I said I used my debit card went to go walk out the younger one Jennifer is locking the door I turned to her and I said excuse me, what is the lady at the registers name? She says "what's her name , ohyou can ask her "with a terrible attitude, so I did just that. The employees at this location need to work on their customer service skills expeditiously! I won't be back at this location not that anyone cares. Shame on you both!

I stopped here today to grab some nail files and maybe look through their gel colors, but I walked in and wasn't greeted just stared down. I got to the corner of nail supplies and as I'm looking through the files for the ones I need, one of the girls from the counter walks by me as if she needed to go to the back while really just making sure I wasn't taking anything and the other girl standing at the end cap is watching me mindlessly pretending to be busy. They were out of the course grit file I needed but after being profiled and followed, I was no longer comfortable in the store anyway and chose to leave. As I exit, miss pretending to be busy tells me to have a nice day.. now she wants to talk to me? They were too scared of me when I entered to say a word though; you would have customers if you didn't run them all off

I was at a Walker Hayes concert and they mentioned this Sally specifically. They have a shampoo and conditioner that has little or no perfume in it. Not many places even know if they carry items for people with specific allergies.

I wanted to point out the extraordinary effort Ms. Racquel made when I was a customer in her store.GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! SHES AMAZING!She was working alone and managed several different customers at once.She is attentive, bright, pleasant, and gets the job done.She gave me several pro-pointers on different products and shared her own experience with the product I purchased.KUDOS, Racquel - keep it up and you will go far in this world! orld! I went here a few days ago and was helped by a taller mixed woman. I told her I had damaged my hair by using Henna hair dye and was at the point of cutting it off. She asked me a few questions, and told me why it had happened. I told her I also had thyroid disease and this woman actually checked the ingredients and made sure this product would be best for my hair. She is the reason why I will be going to this location only from now. That is the best customer service I've ever received at any location. She really took the time to help me with this issue and the product she recommended, reversed the damage after 1 use. I don't have to cut it, thanks to her. Amazing!

theres some older lady in here with black hair who rubbed me the wrong way with her attitude. she seemed very unimpressed to find out that i was only purchasing a comb and an eyebrow razor like sorry yall didn't have what i needed... she just seemed very uppity idk, and she came to the aisle i was in and looked down it and walked away which made me feel like she thought i was stealing idk. (i was the only one in the store at the time) fix your attitude girly, you work with people sorry to tell you. lmao the 2 stars are for the girl that helped me (: she was a sweetie.

Sales team needs to be less aggressive. I came in at 6:15 to buy last minute gel polish for work. Sales associate immediately hopped into my space (not socially distanced) and asked if she could hold my items up front. I've worked customer service and retail over a decade, I know when I'm being watched like a thief. I was already indecisive about which shade I was picking and after taking my items to the front, sales associate immediately came back into my space and was suggesting shades without being asked to and just generally constantly hovering over my entire experience. I was considering just out right not making any purchase, but once again, I'm already being judged like a thief for NO REASON so I pretty much felt forced into making the purchase. Irritating. Will never shop here again.
