Do not ask the ladies inside the store for any advice or product recommendations. They don't know what they're talking about and they don't care what happens to your hair. I have fine hair and they assured me that a straightener at 400° would be safe, and then I tried another one at 380°, until I finally figured out I needed one that goes down to 190°. They like to pretend they went to Cosmetology school even though they give very bad advice almost like they're doing it on purpose to mess up your hair! When I was saying that 400° is incredibly hot for my fine hair and that most people cannot use a straightener that hot, the girl working there proceeded to tell me that some people need them for a silk press. I'm still not sure what that had to do with me shopping that day or the recommendations that she gave to me. Do not listen to the women that work here. After 3 trips back to the same store- just to get a simple hair straightener, I will not be returning to this location even though it's the closest and most convenient.

Always a small store, but I love the selection of hair dyes they have, given the small space. And they typically have a majority of the colors in stock. In fact, rarely have I seen much of anything be out of stock. The staff are friendly, but don't always know the answers to questions (ask a cosmetologist for those kinds of questions)

For the most part, Sally's is pretty good. However, I've tried to purchase a certain product for over a month & they are always out of stock. I tried to order from their website but was still charged a delivery fee when I tried to order more products than what was required for free delivery. Their virtual assistant did not understand my questions & was no help at all. I canceled my order and will look elsewhere.

If I could give a negative I would. The website stated a particular product was available for pickup not true wasn't not available. The 2 clerks were too busy chatting amongst themselves and did not offer any assistance.

I really needed some hair supplies and after going to a couple of the big box stores, I really couldn't find what I was looking for. I totally forgot Sally's even existed, and haven't been to one in many moons. I was on this side of town and saw it out of the corner of my eye while driving down Stephanie. I quickly whipped my truck around and pulled in. The staff was excellent! One associate came over and walked me through products and made suggestions based on my needs. She was very friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic to help me. The store was well organized and stocked, bright, clean, and smelled fresh. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality of products vary based on your needs and usage. Overall, I really felt welcomed here. I'll definitely return. Recommended!

If you are Black they do not cater to black women and it’s almost racist bevsuse it’s like they think by having certain. Products like Got 2 B Glue will attract thieves. They don’t carry black products because they think it cause trouble and it’s sad

For the love of god please just do not ask or take any advice from the employees here when it comes to dying your hair. I'm no professional but I have experience, I've been doing my own hair as well as friends/family for 11 years. I've done platinum blonde on myself as well as blue, reds, pinks, purples, silver. I'm originally from California and my local Sally's was always AMAZING the advice I was given and the recommendations I was given were always spot on. I never had a hair fail. Fast forward to now, I've been living in Vegas for almost 5 years now and this location happens to be my local Sally's. When I tell you that EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone here and ask for advice to achieve a certain look I was (even looks I've done before but can't exactly remember what I used) they've always steered me in the wrong direction. It's been maybe 4 times that their advice has turned into complete failure. It always different employees too. One time I had to return what I was told to get because I did more digging into the product as I was nervous about using it and good thing I did because that product would've fried my hair off. Even the girl who was there and did my return told me that product would've fried my hair off. This time I went in and showed the girl a picture of that I wanted. I asked for help finding the exact shade I wanted. After I went home and did my hair the color is no where near what I showed her, I knew I should've just stuck with the one I had originally grabbed but I have the habit of second guessing myself and took her recommendation instead. Now here I am in my bathroom with a box of color oops in my hair and a box dye I bought at cvs waiting for me.

So it's been years since I've been I to a silly beauty store and it was much cleaner than the ones I remember shopping at years ago. The two lady's at the store were very helpful and courteous, offering help to find items as well as offering to help me find a specific color nail polish I was hoping was available. I turned them down, but that was because I'd already found 2 other colors I wanted to try before expanding my colors. I highly recommend stopping by as their knowledge of everything in the store and what to use it for is pretty on point for stylists and even nail specialists. No one was rude, condescending or anything. I was felt very welcome and plan on stopping by again to browse and pick up things I need. =^_^=

I came into the salon to purchase some items. Since I work from home, it's nice just to get out. I'm usually really social but this time: I truly wanted to shop and be left alone. I realize in retrospect I looks suspicious because I have a large Kate Spade purse. Don't worry, this is a good review because I've worked in retail and I suspect that they assumed I either needed help because I was browsing for 1 hour or I might of looked suspicious due to my large purse. Regardless, the 2 sweethearts in there asked me many times if I needed help. It came off completely rude when I told them they asked me 7 times but honestly they were doing their job well. I apologized when the brunette rang me up & my total was $127 at the end. I'm writing this to inform management that the 2 women work today Brunette & Caitlin did a fantastic job and I sincerely apologize for being so rude in my tone. Thank you Sally employees!!
