Unfortunately, some employers over there are amateurs.
When I bought my BMW X5, I had a cracked windshield but besides that, everything runs perfectly.
My insurance sent me to Safelight Autoglass and I left the car over there.
After a couple of hours, they called me and said they got an error on the screen and did not have access to the vehicle.
I talked with the employee work on the car and with his manager trying to understand what was the issue.
I picked up the car, with multiple errors and drove it to the BMW dealership (under warranty).
They were really nice, after 2 weeks of work checking and fixing the car, they told me someone messed up with the wires of the windshield camera and did damage worth $4,000 to the vehicle.
In addition, Safelight broke one A.C. vent fin when working on the car.

Walked in Friday morning and made an at home appointment in about 10 minutes. Technician arrived right on time, texted he was at my home. Forgot to mention that in the morning before the appointment I received notification from Safelite who my technician was going to be, when he was to arrive by name and photo. Very satisfied!

I scheduled an appointment in my home for a faulty window motor. The tech came out and diagnosed a faulty switch and not the motor. He advised me there was no charge as he made no repairs. A few days later my card was charged almost $300 for a repair that never happened. Getting ahold of the shop for a refund is a nightmare! They don’t answer and when they do they advise to call back when a manager is in. I called several times before finally getting ahold of someone. Once I finally got someone to address my issue he advised that he would put in for a refund and I should see it in 2-3 weeks. That was 2 months ago!! And still no refund. Poor customer service when you have an issue

I went in today to get my front windshield replaced, had an appointment at 11am I didn't leave until about 2:15 or so. Waiting a long time was not the problem. Once I get back the car I go to turn on my A/C and it sounds like I turned on an engine in my dashboard that's misfiring. I immediately turn it off. Had to go the rest of the day running errands with no A/C in 110°+. Got home and got to wrenching to find out this tool was left on top of my bumper under the hood and this debris was trapped in my blower motor from the old windshield. These people either don't care or just don't clean up after the work is done. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

So February 3rd my grandson had his cracked windshield replaced on his 2018 Kia Soul. This model has an integrated collision avoidance system involving cameras and calibrations of the system. After the windshield replacement the ADAS system was non functional- Safelite decided it was a bad camera. The then claimed that KIA shipped them a back up camera not a collision avoidance camera and stalled repairs until mid May. In mid May my grandson asked for help and I got involved. I found that Safelite managers hide behind their IVR system and don’t want to talk to customers, after the store on A Erica. pacific in Henderson copped attitude I asked to speak to a District manager - he relayed the message that he wouldn’t talk to me until he got the story from Miguel the store manager, Miguel was answering phones so I was told he would call the following day after he talked to Miguel and got his story - the person at the store who claimed to be assistant manager tried to blame the three and a half month delay on KIA. Funny, when I talked to the KIA dealer they said that with the VIN they could have the right camera in two days. The next day (Thursday May 16) my grandson got a call from the District manager claiming the store had the camera and it would be installed on Monday the 20th of May - count the days since February 3rd …
So it’s Monday May 20 - grandson went to Safelite at 1:00 PM to get the camera installed - it’s all installed but they couldn’t get it to work - so now they want him to take the car to a KIA dealer to get an estimate of what it takes and how much it will cost to make it all work. Seriously? I’ve seen bd customer service but this is world class indifference and incompetence. And naturally, by the time the store was finished not fixing the problem Safelite customer service was closed - I’ll be calling tomorrow, stay tuned for updates

Just got my windshield replaced by Brandon, he was AWESOME. He explained everything he was going to do &did everything just as he said. He was quick, efficient &had great attention to detail. Excellent service &he was very polite &professional. 5 stars!! Thank you!!

These guys really took care of me before leaving the states. They worked with my insurance and got me all squared away. Fairly quickly too.

Miguel the manager gave me an awesome experience. I had trouble with my insurance and they worked with me to get my car fixed, I’ve never had an experience like this one before! Great staff, I’ll be going here in the future if my car needs it.
