This Ross store on Stephany needs to get more cashiers….!! 1 cashier is a little ridiculous and waiting in a long line is ridiculous…..!!! Poor management I’ll say!!

The store atmosphere has changed tremendously. The Latino security officer does not inspect receipts of Latino or Latina shoppers, and management has a dislike and disdain for African Americans in general and teach their security support to do the same. So disheartening. I used to love this location. You have to do better Aaron.

Funny place, they check receipts when walking out but if your there long enough you get to see the wonderful locals just walk out with stolen merchandise and no effort is done to stop them

The security block the door and prevent you from leaving without allowing them to see your receipt and rummage through your bag, he physically put his arm on my body and physically prevented me from leaving the store after watching the clerks ring everything up. This is illegal and constitutes a form of false imprisonment as ruled by the Supreme Court.

Very unprofessional staff & security, they recently started harassing customers for receipts to leave the store like if we pay for a membership to be in there. Never shop here unless you want to embarrassed & harassed

November 4, 2024 stopped in looked at the line and walked out.
Line was a mile long and lacking checkers again.
Its the holidays, people start shopping earlier to beat the lines. Please hire some employees or get free help. Nothing has changed here.
I love this store, but they still need to hire more people and especially during the holiday seasons. People like to shop early for the holidays due to longer lines and merchandise. 10/2 they had One checker and 20 people in line, that is not right...........Very frustrating. Ross stores used to take FREE volunteers from schools and other programs. DO IT AGAIN!

Their hours say 8:30am-11pm and when I went at 9pm they had closed the store. Not sure if they changed their hours but on the door it says 11pm and you can see the time stamp of my photo that it’s 9pm. They should change the hours as to not waste others time and gas coming all the way here!

This Ross store is totally going downhill. Everything is out of order, the employees are non-friendly and extremely passive aggressive, very non welcoming.
The loss prevention team/ security makes you feel very uncomfortable.
The moment that you walk in and they subliminally follow you. I don’t come to Ross that often, but when I do walk into any store, I expect to feel comfortable and at ease when I do my shopping. Not everyone walks in with the intention to steal. That is never my mindset.
I work hard for what I have. Being that I am an African American woman, I always feel this way every time that I walk into a store and it’s very upsetting. I feel like I am always racially profiled. This is why I prefer to do my shopping online.
When you leave, they ask to check your receipt and then check your bags which is totally unacceptable. Obviously they see that I was being checked out by cashier and paid for my items.
I will never come to this location again.
