Please implement a policy where your employees fold clothes properly and do not just ball them up like a piece of paper and throw them in the bag. I spent $250 on clothes and I got quite a few pieces and each one of them is extremely wrinkled. The last thing I wanna do with my time is iron a bunch of brand new clothes. Or wash a bunch of brand new clothes to get the wrinkles out now I have a whole bunch of work ahead of me. I won’t allow that to happen to me again in the future when I buy clothes here or anywhere else and I see the cashier doing that I’m going to stop them and teach them how to fold clothing like they have some sense.

Your standard Ross Store, but nothing really stands out here as exceptional. Good luck finding staff if you need assistance inside the store and they never have enough cashiers working. Seems there is always a long line to checkout. The store does offer some good deals but personally I do not like this location. This store is not the cleanest Ross I have seen, and the parking outside can be a little dicey at times, especially if you decide to park up front. Can be quite interesting when trying to back out of a parking slot. Again, it’s your standard Ross where you can occasionally find a good deal.

First time shopping at Ross. Wow, what a great store. I will be back. They have everything from clothes, to home decor, sweet snacks, even coffee.

First time I went to this Ross was on 12/30/22 as I remembered. It's just like any other Ross store in the Greater Valley. At least this one does not have the stanchion where loss prevention workers used, because the one on Nellis Boulevard (and especially the one on Desert Inn) use this to stop customers and ask questions.

They usually always have clothes that I love. I'd purchase more shoes if they had styles with a lower heel. Can not wear stilettos!

I know Ross is a discount store, but I get better service & attitudes from employees at Dollar Tree!! I haven't seen attitudes like Employee (Maria) in a long time, I can't believe they allow her to work with people she may do better working with farm animals or maybe not even animals would tolerate her mean & ugly disposition & her friend on the next register rolled eyes & said she hopes I trip & fall on my way out! Maybe Ross needs to evaluate the type of people who represent their company!! I won't ever shop at this Henderson location on Stephanie ever again! I want to return my purchase I just made!! The only way I can describe the other girl (because she hid her name) is she's possibly of Filipino or Mexican decent hair up high in a bun flat chested & fake bottom that these girls get! I don't appreciate her wishing me to fall because I am disabled & it's obvious!!!! Shame on her! Shame on both of them!!
