This rei had the msr fuel can I needed to camp/cook in zion, which I obviously couldn't have brought with me since I flew into Vegas. It also had a large section for the member's re-supply sale, along with other sale items. This was a larger REI than others I've seen. The staff was very helpful.

Needed to purchase replacements for my old trail runners and the staff was quick to get the 2 sizes I wanted to check out. Checkout was a breeze and friendly.

The REI is great, all REI's are great, but what makes this REI especially great is the people working there! From the first time I walked in, I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything or pressured into any decisions, because every kind soul that works here is just a cool person who happens to enjoy going outdoors and happen to share that love with other people :) Kyle, Wheeler, Mary, Roland, Pete, Alec, and everybody else I've interacted with here, if you're reading this, thanks for being amazing human beings and keep being you!!! I'll be back every single chance I get :)

I tend to like the bigger REI in Summerlin. But the employees at both are exceptional. Great bike stores. Men’s clothes I tend to love here is KUHL and Prana. But also a good selection of Patagonia

I love REI. So glad it exist. But it's way uncomfortable to go when it's slow by yourself....there's so many workers in their green vest just staring at you, "trying to help you" . I don't wanna be watched or bothered when I'm shopping....I'll ask for help lol. Also, all their shoes are scattered throughout the store. Just put all the shoes in one spot. I was walking all over for a certain type of shoe never to be found because I was tired of being watched lol. I gave it a 5 star because these are Personal issues and REI rocks!!!?

Hannah at REI truly knows what customer service is. I was so grateful she was able to help me today, she is a fantastic member of your team. I am traveling and didn’t have a water bottle. I wanted to purchase one. I asked her if she could help me clean it and if they have a back room with some dish soap, and she offered to help me. When she returned, she explained that she washed her hands three times used unscented dish soap and went through every cleaning measure she could think of to make me feel confident she took great care with my request. She even filled it up with clean water. All while she was about to go on her break she waited to help me! My day was MADE! so happy. REI hires fantastic people who care.also my water bottle is super cute

Stopped here on the way to Havasupi, all the employees were very friendly and helpful especially Alec and Kristen who provided us a checklist on what gear to bring and advised us on what propane tank to purchase.
