I love REI. So glad it exist. But it's way uncomfortable to go when it's slow by yourself....there's so many workers in their green vest just staring at you, "trying to help you" . I don't wanna be watched or bothered when I'm shopping....I'll ask for help lol. Also, all their shoes are scattered throughout the store. Just put all the shoes in one spot. I was walking all over for a certain type of shoe never to be found because I was tired of being watched lol. I gave it a 5 star because these are Personal issues and REI rocks!!!?

Hannah at REI truly knows what customer service is. I was so grateful she was able to help me today, she is a fantastic member of your team. I am traveling and didn’t have a water bottle. I wanted to purchase one. I asked her if she could help me clean it and if they have a back room with some dish soap, and she offered to help me. When she returned, she explained that she washed her hands three times used unscented dish soap and went through every cleaning measure she could think of to make me feel confident she took great care with my request. She even filled it up with clean water. All while she was about to go on her break she waited to help me! My day was MADE! so happy. REI hires fantastic people who care.also my water bottle is super cute

Stopped here on the way to Havasupi, all the employees were very friendly and helpful especially Alec and Kristen who provided us a checklist on what gear to bring and advised us on what propane tank to purchase.

Drove across town only to find out that they don't offer ski tune services here, despite what the website says. Happy to amend my review once that's fixed. For what it's worth, the employee who spoke with me was very courteous and apologetic.

ABSOLUTELY A WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR MY WIFE AND I THANKS TO MR. PETE IN MENS SHOES AND MS.KATELYN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE/ REGISTER. MY WIFE WAS BUYING ME A PAIR OF NEW SHOES FOR MY NEW JOB AND THIS WAS MY CONGRATS PRESENTMS. KATELYN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND CHECKED OTHER REI LOCATION AND NARROWED DOWN MY OPTIONS SO WE DID NOT WASTE OUR TIME AND GAS DRIVING AROUND TOWN WHEN THE FINAL ANSWER WAS STARING US IN THE EYE AT THIS LOCATION.MR. PETE ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND HELPED WITH ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS VERY GENUINELY HELPFUL AS IM DISABLED AND HE ASSISTED WITH TYING MY SHOE LACES. MR. This REI had a wide variety of items and a great selection. Staff was very helpful and friendly, though they could have used a couple more team members on the floor. Highly recommend this location.
