Friendly, helpful and personable staff. Hoping the steakhouse starts being open more often. Really liking the Bullet Train bar. Disappointed that there are no longer gas points; and hoping points/rewards system gets better

The bartender was very rude. I'm not sure how she has a job. She made my drink then since I wasn't gaming at the bar she slammed my drinks down and said with a pissed off tone, that I'll have to wait for the waitress..who I had not seen in an hour, the reason I walked over to the bar and there was only like maybe 20 people in the whole casino..I'm a bartender myself and would never act that way towards a customer or guest. Not interested in going back there any time soon..oh and the dog park they have had some homeless guy in it cleaning his feet and it smelled like all pee..

I was NOT impressed. The whole building smelt like smoke so bad it hurt your lungs to be in there. The room was just as bad. Toilet ran all night, ice machine outside the door and elevator. People on the floor above stomped until midnight. Shower was disgusting and shelf was broke off. Bathroom door was broken and kind of repaired. Hand prints in the dust (not mine) indicates it wasn't cleaned well. Fur ball in the middle of the floor. I felt dirty/stinky the whole stay. Regardless if you take a shower in the nasty shower. Had to pay $30 per pet fee. So an extra $60 for my dogs. My dogs were cleaner than this room. Left smelling of smoke and lesson learned not to stay there again.

It's a bit out of the way, but I like that you can use your comps for rooms. You can earn tier credits pretty quickly. They also do some fun promotions that are easy to qualify for.

Rooms are nice brand new carpet, furniture, paint and fixtures but the A/c units are old as dirt and barley blow

Stayed at the new hotel across the parking lot, and that was nice! The rooms at the casino are old and need to be upgraded!
Had dinner at the steak house, and that was very good, and the service was good.
The bartender who doesn't speak very good english was rude, and she pretty much ignored us!
The service at the club desk was hit and miss! There is one lady there who does her best not to help you and seems irritated when you ask her questions! Others were more attentive!
We have stopped there a number of times now as the location works well for us on our way to Arizona! The machines are very tight and don't pay well, so be careful with that there!
Walkability: Close to casino!

Great place to stop outside of Vegas for food and beverages. Plus, they have the gaming consoles built in the bar. I played blackjack and won enough to pay half my tab! ♠️??
