It is clean and surprising, very busy on this visit. There was a staffing shortage that disrupted the normal quick and friendly serve that is normal here. This was true at 4 additional Quest locations we visited on this date.

I recently visited Quest Diagnostics for a blood test, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Here are the highlights:
* Easy Online Appointment: Booking an appointment online was a breeze. The user-friendly interface made it convenient to choose a time slot that worked for me.
* Efficient Check-In Procedures: Upon arriving at the Sunset location, I was pleasantly surprised by the swift check-in process. No long queues or paperwork—just a seamless experience.
* Minimal Wait Time: Waiting for my turn took less than 5 minutes. Kudos to Quest for valuing their patients’ time!
Clean and Welcoming Office: The facility was spotless, creating a pleasant environment. It’s essential, especially during these times, to feel safe and comfortable.
* Friendly Phlebotomist: The phlebotomist who attended to me was not only professional but also friendly. She explained the procedures clearly and patiently answered my questions.
If you have a choice, Quest Diagnostics is a clear winner. Their commitment to efficiency, cleanliness, and patient care truly sets them apart. I highly recommend their services!

Some cocky young buck thought he could take my blood after I told him that I need a seasoned vet, and the kids always say the same damn thing every time they try to take my blood (drink more water). MORON I DRINK A LOT OF WATER. You just don't have the exerperience yet! Now my hand hurts like hell, NEVER needed to have my blood drawn through my hand. NEXT TIME I WILL WALK OUT. After they always say the the water thing, I always go to a vet and they get it done one try, one shot.
