“This review is for their pharmacy. Here's the backstory:Both my kids had strep throat so I had their antibiotic prescription sent to a different Walgreens location closer to my house. I received an email stating that they had run out of amoxicillin and was given the option to pick up at another location. First of all, how the heck do you run out of such a basic antibiotic like amoxicillin?!?! Anyway, I chose this location instead since it was the next closest one to me. I received a phone call from a pharmacy tech and she informed me that she had received the prescription transfer from the other Walgreens location. She even asked if I'd like the amoxicillin to be flavored since she noticed it was for my kids. Yes please!!! And what awesome customer service!! I was prepared to wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru since that's what I'm used to at the other location. I pull up, and to my surprise, NO LINE!!! I had their meds and drove off in less than 5 minutes. I'm so sick of the crappy customer service and wait times at the other location. This will definitely be my new Walgreens even if it's not the closest.”
