Consistently overcharge! I asked them to ship an item to Puerto Rico. A staff member told me that it was considered foreign country and that they could only ship it FedEx for $70 or more. Went 4 miles away and shipped it via USPS for $9.65.This isn't the first time I've encountered this. They couldn't figure out how to ship shoes to Singapore, again, they quoted something outrageous.

PRICE GOUGING! BEWARE!!!!Went here to 2-day FedEx ship some documents (.5 lbs) figuring it's a FedEx-authorized shipping store.The charge was $91.89. Went home and checked through FedEx, and they only charge $56.33!So the moral of this story is: If you want to pay a 60%+ service charge, go here; otherwise, ship from an actual store

Unbelievable poor customer service or I should say nonservice. Came into today which is a Sat. At 1:55 - they close at 2:00. I told the man counting out the drawer I just have an Amazon return can I leave it here? He said well yes but usually they should go to the UPS Store. Then he asked if I have a QR code which I did however it was clear he was done for the day. So I took my package and headed to the UPS Store near Vons. I won’t be back to PostNet even though it is close to my home. I am shocked that how easily they can drive away business. I hope he is not the owner.

The staff is not friendly AT ALL. They don't greet you or thank you for coming! The owner just stared at me and I've been a customer since 2008! I rather go directly to the USPS office or if I need to, I'll go to the UPS Store on Anthem

PostNet charged me $26 for a USPS medium size flat rate box today. It would have been $16.10 at a Post Office. Because of time and the high cost of gas, along with price hikes in other necessities like food and medicine, I mistakenly thought I would save time and dollars by going somewhere closer to my home. The young woman behind the register there just kept repeating "that's $26" and didn't explain anything about why it cost an extra $10 more than the Post Office. Never again. Now I'm telling everyone I know how PostNet ripped off someone who's on a fixed income without one ounce of concern.

I had to fax 4 pages to an insurance company. It wasn’t urgent but I just wanted to get it done. I could have done it at work for free. I could have waited till my neighbor got home and he would have done it. I thought I should just get it done so I went to PostNet. I’ve been there many times.To fax four pages, they charged me $8.00. Eight dollars to fax four pages. Does that seem a bit egregious to anyone else? Of course, if I knew the cost before it was sent, I would of said Don’t bother, but the fax was sent. I understand that times are tough. I know that inflation has skyrocketed. I totally get that you have a business to run and make money. Buy really, Eights bucks? There is not much overhead for the 1 minute it took your employee to do this. You are not out cost of tape or packing peanuts or a box or any materials. Maybe just a bit of wear and tear on the fax machine right?Reevaluate your cost of doing business especially to the locals that have supported your business for all these years. There is a nice new UPS store that just opened at the peanut roundabout. Oh, Ya when I need to send a fax, which is not that often thank God. I’ll wait till my neighbor to get home next time. Eight bucks. It’s not the money, it’s the principle of it all.Sorry Jo. Very Greedy.

Take. My advice if you. Need. Your package shipped over night PAY the. $ don't take the. .Advice of. Employees that you don't need to spend extra $. T o get it there. Thanks postnet for nothing AND 3 x the cost and headache.T

I've had over-the-top service from this store. They are kind, thoughtful and strive to do the best job possible. That's why they get so busy and sometimes there's a wait. However, their accuracy and courtesy is well worth any wait.

This sadly is the closest business center to our home...... Three people in this location 2 women, I think one is the owner (she has a way about her that IS NOT ingratiating) at least the couple times I go in here a year. The other gal is helpful when the owner isn't asking her what she's doing.... The third is a man, who asks to help then follows up with I am new so I don't know. REALLY??? Come on either train this guy or cut him loose, cuz he is just in the way. How this place stays open is mind boggling I would guess cuz it's closest to many subdivisions in a shopping center. I did notice another customer come in and and leave without a positive experience also. Not that I was happy about his experience it made me realize it isn't just me....

Great service! It was a bit more pricier than other places, and the staff had given me cheaper options for different locations, but I knew I was mostly paying for the convenience since it's just right there.

PostNet is my "Go To" "One Stop" for all my Shipping, mail, purchase samps, and returns and much more. Jo and her staff are the best around with amazing customer service!.Recently my family and I went to Disneyland on Vacation. My son who is active military personnel purchased way too much stuff at Galaxy's Edge. We had to ship a huge box of stuff back to base for him. Jo took on this task and packed everything so perfectly even two custom made Light sabers.The box arrived to Maryland today and everything arrived in perfect condition including the light sabers!Thank you Jo for all your help. We appreciate you and your staff who is always so eager to help with a smile on your face.
