“I would not have expected to receive 5-start service at a government facility, but that is what I got today. I went to the post office intending to buy a money order for my passport application. Upon realizing that they do the entire application, I of course changed plans. However, when they opened at 9 AM, I saw that walk-ins are not accommodated until noon. Still, the line for passports was short, and they worked me in. Thank you! You saved me a trip and a lot of hassle. Your effort on behalf of me and all of your customers has not gone unnoticed.”

“Came with my 3 kiddos to this location as it offers walk-ins on Thursdays for passport initial applications. We arrived 45 mins after opening that day and they said they've reached the maximum amount of people they can accommodate for walk-ins already. Bummer. But the ladies, Gola and Jasmine were so nice enough to squeeze all three kiddos in, because some people decided to leave their spot on the walk-in list. All the workers were so kind and patient with the process. Much appreciation to them!”

“Stopped in to ship a quick package and was happy. Not as much merchandise as you'd find at a larger location, but was pleased that they had what I needed when away from home! Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY! The location is quite convenient.”
