“I’ve gone in there several times and both the Filipino lady and the African-American woman were very friendly and helpful with me. I continue to go and it’s always been the same person that mentioned them being racist can’t be true because I’m Mexican and they treated me with respect.! I wish people would stop using the race card!”

“Came with my 3 kiddos to this location as it offers walk-ins on Thursdays for passport initial applications. We arrived 45 mins after opening that day and they said they've reached the maximum amount of people they can accommodate for walk-ins already. Bummer. But the ladies, Gola and Jasmine were so nice enough to squeeze all three kiddos in, because some people decided to leave their spot on the walk-in list. All the workers were so kind and patient with the process. Much appreciation to them!”

“This location had the soonest appointment for an in-person passport renewal (first-time adult) for a Saturday. I was helping my son for this renewal. On our way to our appointment, my son received a call from the USPS informing him that they are running behind schedule and that there will be a wait. I appreciate the courtesy call. That way, we know what to expect when we get there. That being said, when we got to the post office, there were 3 people in que, my son being the 4th person and one person currently being processed. I noticed there were 3 people working for mail/packages. Yes, the line for this service builds up and then goes down, then line again. I heard negative comments from people in line. But all I noticed was how efficient and professional the staffs inspite of the lack of personnel. I noticed the passport personnel, how thorough, focused, and patient he is on each applicant. By the time it was my son's turn, he had to take his lunch, mind you that was past 1pm that he took his lunch. By the time it's our turn it was 2pm, our appointment is 12pm. He took my sons application, double-checked documents, took the photo and payments. On top of the scheduled appointments he also took a lady with her son, who is a walk-in for passport applications. He could off refused service but he didn't. We had a good experience at this passport location. We came there for a renewal, and we were prepared for possible wait time, so we also blocked our schedule for the day. Bottom line: prepare that there will be a wait; this location do in house photos for a fee and also accepts walk-in but be prepare to wait if you're a walk-in. I suggest bringing snacks, water/coffee, reading materials, puzzle or whatever entertainment you want. I hope this review helps.”
