This place was amazing. Although, we ultimately did not purchase our fur baby on this visit, I hope to soon.Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to take another look at the adorable puppies in hopes that we will find the perfect one.

OK, first of all these dogs are absolutely adorable. My heart melted. Secondly, it was very concerning seeing these dogs and how they live in these tiny cages and then one of the workers said that when people walk around and tap on the glass and talk to the animals and try to interact with them that I actually doesn’t help the animal well yeah duh you have the animal in jail. What do you think These animals need to be in?

Adopt don't shop (: especially from breeders that cut off tails of their dogs for aesthetics. Disgusting practice that needs to be eradicated. If you really want a puppy go to a shelter I promise it's cheaper and saves dogs from euthanasia. Also photos are misleading.

Yes, I saw the mostly angry trolls yelling on the internet — but I read the reviews to be informed, not to be scared off. So I stopped in, trusted my gut, and walked out with the cutest little beagle you've ever seen.
First off, the place? Way cleaner than other stores in town (and yes, I did my rounds). The customer service? Legendary. They answered every question I had and I had a LOT. They didn’t rush me, didn’t pressure me, just knew their stuff and treated me with total respect.
Sure, $4k for a beagle made me clutch their pearls but when I learn her parents are DNA tested, her spay is included, AND they sent me home with a potty training kit, feeding schedule, food, kennel, microchip for that price.
I left feeling supported, informed, and like my new puppy journey was off to the BEST start. They earned my business, and honestly? If you’re thinking about it, block out the noise, do your homework, and make your own decision.
Because I did and found my soul mate.

This place should be shut down I went in and the puppies are scared and basically laying in their poo and piss and barley have a bed and food and water and behind a case and I saw the kittens have more freedom then the puppies and I'm sorry breeding is wrong and me and my mom were sick our stomach when we saw this it was abuse towards these animals sure they can afford and small blankets or small toys but they cant afford to buy beds for these poor little puppies and I saw their faces and they were scared and wanted to be out and be free. And if people are buying and breeding these dogs this is not humane and should be reported to PETA.

I purchased a puppy from this store and within days discovered she was infested with two serious parasites ~ coccidiosis and giardiasis. These are not minor issues. They cause severe diarrhea, dehydration, and can be life threatening if untreated. No reputable breeder or pet store should ever send home a sick puppy.
The fact that my puppy left their care in this condition shows either complete negligence in veterinary care or deliberate disregard for animal welfare. Parasites like these don’t just appear overnight. They are a sign the animals are kept in unsanitary and overcrowded environments. These conditions are highly contagious.
Beyond the heartbreak of seeing my new puppy so sick, I also faced expensive veterinary bills and weeks of treatment.
If you care about your pets, do not buy from this store. They clearly prioritize profit over the health of their animals and the trust of their customers.
Shame on them for exploiting innocent animals and unsuspecting families.

They sold us a dog with parvo and won’t take any accountability or help with the outrageous treatment plan costs. It’s a shame they can get away with this. It’s clear they sold me a puppy mill dog. I regret purchasing here instead of adopting. Health guarantee isn’t real at petland apparently

I recently bought a puppy from Petland Henderson. I purchased him Monday August 11th. And on Saturday August 16th he tested postive twice for Parvo. And i found out today he now has pneumonia.
I was literally sold a very sick puppy. And petland refuses to take any accountability. On top of tgat my pupoys medical bills are now at 2k and tomorrow with the added pneumonia diagnosis the costs are going up.
Im attaching pictures as proof.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PETLAND HENDERSON STORE. THEY ONLY SICK PUPPUES AND THEN YOURE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS.
Update my PARVO PUPPY Wyatt that Petland sold me is still in the hospital and still very sick.

If u want to go see puppies this is the place, my 3 year old loved it! T
Puppies around 5 grand. I didn't like how they kept the puppies so cold they were all shivering. When I asked them about it she said to kill bacteria so that makes sense. The place smells unlike some pet places (good.)
