Why offer battery testing, replacement but then tell a customer your short staffed and can't do it. There was no one in the store.

Every time I go to this store, I get the help I need and the tools/ items I'm looking for. The customer service here is excellent, helpful, and fast. The associates here go out of their way to ensure you are a satisfied customer, and they fix any issues that may pop up. For instance, a part that was ordered never arrived, so these guys tracked my part down and ensured I had it 48 hours later. They made sure to keep me updated on the delivery of my part, and made sure it arrived as expected. This is definitely my go-to store for my vehicles.

Trey was fantastic. I called to make sure they had the parts I needed for my car, and he looked them up and also went above and beyond to get me the an additional two from a nearby store. Even helped me out to the car. 5 star service all around! (I called another Oreilly shop nearer to my house, was put on hold for quite a while, and then told it was special order and would take a week to get in). so happy I called this shop!
