“I brought my car here to fix undercarriage work. I needed new rack and pinion and other stuff. Cost me around $5,000. Two weeks later my power steering went out. Took car back. They said they installed a defected rack and pinion. While at shop for the second time ,my car got stolen. They have no cameras or security on property. Now I am stuck with no car. They are unsympathetic.”

“Some of the equipment is not working appropriately. However, the bays that have working equipment work very well. It’s not entirely clear which direction you should enter each bay, so I would appreciate if they would paint some directional lines, so that people don’t line up at each end of the bay, which causes traffic jams.”
“They were very efficient and everyone was nice. When we dropped off the car, they said it would be a few hours but then called an hour later, saying the car was ready. This was a little annoying because when they said a couple of hours, we had to change plans. Overall, I had a good experience and will definitely go back.”

I have had him advise me remotely when I was gettin the runaround from a mechanic in Barstow when I had a sudden break down. He always lays out the entire job and prioritizes the "need nows" vs the "concerns" that will have to be addressed at a later time. I had a rear door lock on my 2015 Odyssey that had become a royal nuisance in that it would freeze up and become inspirational during cold weather. I had them look at it and agreed to the repair. The original part was no longer available but they secured a replacement and now I can enjoy seamless operation of the door. I strongly recommend Sansones Automotive for all of your repair and service needs.”
