I had a good experience with this company but for sure they should put some directions & information signs. I couldn’t find anything there.. just wasted so much time.So CHECK IN & drivers lounge is on far right from the entrance & EXIT is on the left gate from the Entrance

Getting a load from this worthless place. Load scheduled for 0700, not ready. I was told 1000, not ready. Now I'm being told may be ready at 1500. Avoid going here at all costs!!

I got here at 7am to my 11:00 am appointment checked in and was told to come back at 10:45. Re checked in at 10:45 got door 11 it’s now 1:00 pm and still nothing. people here just don’t care about truckers time. Do not recommend this place to pick up from. One star rating for the fact that they do have a break room/rest room. Other than that no one cares about the drivers here. Trucker lives matter mother F’ers. Update it’s now past 5 pm and still not a single pallet has been loaded. No respect

No respect for the driver’s time. Checked in by appointment and then take forever to send someone out to check the seal and after couple hours they will start unloading. I think y can do 10 hours reset here if you’re thinking to come to this place because y will be staying for hours.

Ya the office seems together but the forklift parts is disorganize. I have been in the doc to unload Oceanspray to Oceanspray since 8:45 AM its 3:45 PM now looks like it heading to 8 hour plus. Forklift sitting dock empty look at pics

It’s really worse place ever been the girl in the front. She’s really rude. I went little early she told me to come back I go. I went back 30 minutes before my appointment she keeps saying come back. And she gave me attitude I told her I have a semi truck. I can be one minute two minutes before my appointment. There’s a traffic there’s road.

Drivers. Do not get here early. You make good time en route, go get some food or bobtail to a casino. They will not allow you to load/u load more than 30mins early. Got here at 11. Was informed of the policy, dropped my trailer on their yard and went and got a bite to eat. Apt was for 3 pm. Signed in and bumped at 2:50. It's 530 and I'm finally getting my bol. Completely oblitered my clock for the day. 2 hour sleeper berth split clock comes in handy today.

Unloading 1 hr nd don’t broke the seal ..if you cut it you will be stay over there for 24 hours …wait for there employees .

Checked in at 9:45am and was told to back in door #8 . Appointment time is 10am and i am barely leaving at 8pm . Took 10 hours to load my trailer. I do not recommend coming here at all. Make sure to bring food.

Don’t believe on early delivery reviews. These people won’t check you in earlier than your appointment time. We got checked in at 12 pm for 5 pm delivery appointment and now 8 pm not even a get door yet.

Horrible place ? ? i have wasted my all-day shift just sitting and waiting. my ELD clock star 10AM to come here, and arrived at 10:30AM it's now 7:38PM still no loaded yet " at dock with red light still" 12 hrs wasted
