I took my car to Newby's due to a loud squealing sound that was getting worse. Despite my clear description of the issue, they claimed they couldn’t hear anything when they drove it and said there was no problem. They didn’t make any effort to find the source of the noise or provide any solution.
After leaving my car with them several times, I expected a thorough inspection, but it’s clear they didn’t take my concern seriously. When I picked up the car, the squealing sound was still there, just as bad as before. They were no help at all and seemed uninterested in fixing the problem.
I wasted time and way too much money here and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, competent service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

My grandfather is the one in the database as he was the one to help me with my car troubles. We brought my car in months ago and my grandfather was charged for an oil change (which was fine) and "new belts" which was what you guys came to the conclusion of being wrong with my car. (even though you claimed you did not hear the noise for yourselves) So you couldn't hear the noise, but you changed a part that you "thought" would be the right fix, but it wasn't? Even with the belts changed, my car started squealing again a day after, which obviously means that wasn't the right fix.
I have now had my mechanic try to fix the installment of belts as they were not put on correctly either, and also fix the squealing in my car which actually ended up having nothing to do with the belts that got changed.
I just wanted to make sure I left my review so people could be aware of my HORRIBLE experience.
And no, I will not be calling, I do not want to do service with people who don't know what they are doing, and I no longer trust you with my car. Sorry not sorry❤️

We had just started our trip back to Phoenix after a nice few days in Las Vegas when the check engine light came on and our Sonata lost significant power. Newby's was the third place we called and they looked at the car immediately once we got there. They quickly diagnosed the problem (fuel pump), and once the parts were delivered they had the work done in no time. Excellent communication throughout our ordeal, and saved us from having to wait for a repair somewhere else and extend our stay. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to Newby's for about 6 years. Craig and his team are friendly and they're not going to make you spend more money than you need to, that is the blessing here at this wonderful establishment. If you want honest and caring folks then this is your spot!!!!

They are by far, the best place to take your car. I was taking my Chevy Cruze there and they are very honest, when diagnosing your car. I'd recommend them, if you need repairs or if you think you may need repairs.

Craig and his team did an awesome job on my mini Cooper. Had battery changed fluids up to date. Tail light can't say enough about them. Very fast and friendly. Drop my car off in the morning. Had it back by the afternoon. Great job guys!

Just got work done on my family 17 yr old van. Has massive power steering leaks and a check engine light code. Fuel gauge low amp. After being quoted 6k at another Henderson shop, newbys took us in next week and got the van the fixtures it needed to survive another year of summer. I needed just a real mechanic and they came through. Your money's well spent here. Telling everyone about your awesome shop!!

Honest-Only do work that’s needed.

Trust them...depend on them....they are fair
I have been going to Newby's for many years now. I am a single female with a RAM truck. I know I can depend on them for everything I need without someone trying to upsell me on something or rip me off. I can get just about anything I would ever need at their shop. They are considerate of property & of my time & always take excellent care of my needs. I won't go anywhere else. I always call them first. They have integrity. That is hard to find.

I have been to Newby's many times and love this place. I recommend it to everyone, and I think you should give it a try. Before Newby's, I had been taking my car to the Infiniti dealership. At the dealership, they would speak to me in a condescending manner, and many times, they tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. On the other hand, Newby’s treats all its customers with great respect. They tell me what my car needs clearly and honestly. Unfortunately, sometimes my older car needs some expensive repairs. That's to be expected. Yet, when Newby's tells me what my car needs, I know I'm getting the required services done exceptionally well at a fair price. What more would you want??

Don’t come here!! This place gave a wrong diagnosis on my car and I’ve been stressing out thinking there was no fix to my car and got a 2nd opinion and it wasn’t even what they said it was. My car is now fixed. I’m so glad I got a 2nd opinion. Would not recommend coming here.
