I have been trying to get my daughter a wheelchair since November. The doctor said new wheelchair or adjust as needed. Their Tom decided to adjust the wheelchair instead of placing an order for a new one. All the adjustments they made, every single one, fell off within days. He was made aware of this and has not ordered my child a new chair. I submitted a complaint to my insurance company so that they can send me to another vendor because these people are very unprofessional. Do not return calls or emails in a timely manner. My daughter outgrew her chair and this company has no urgency or cares.

Great stairlift installation. Kevin M. of National Seating & Mobility did a phenomenal job from precise measurements to final installation. A marvel of engineering! Well deserved 5 stars.

Since Reba and John left this company has gone downhill big time. They don't do anything in a timely manner. By the time they get back to you, you have to go to a Doctor's appointment and get another referral. Such a waste of time and headache deqling with them
It's very disappointing , especially when you dealt with them for so many years.

Tom Flynn has provided services to a member of my family for a long time now. No matter what or when my brother has needed ADA assistance, Tom has always provided timely and professional service. He recently offered to help me and my companion with ADA needs resulting from a massive stroke. We want a transfer chair with lower arms that can be used for dining out and traveling. Tom has offered his assistance with this in addition to all he does for my brother and his mobility needs. Tom has been of the greatest patience and assistance to my family, loved ones, and the community with all ADA needs!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the service provided at National Seating & Mobility. My daughter has been in an adult sized wheelchair for several years and we didn't know where to begin to get her a custom sized wheelchair. Tom came out and had her sized, helped us pick out the perfect style and and even let us customize the colors. Stephanie took care of everything we needed on the backend to make sure all paperwork was submitted and kept us updated throughout the process. Every encounter with this company has been professional and customer service and communication has been outstanding. I rate them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and would definitely recommend them for all your seating and mobility needs.

Love these folks. Tom does a good job of evaluating what you need and Stephanie always is so pleasant to talk to. The Technicians I have dealt with too many to name are always pleasant and efficient.
National Seating always does their job and get to you fast. I appreciate that. Recommend

Up to now, I have been waiting for a letter for my daughter for 6 months. My daughter could not attend school because of the letter because of the people who take care of the papers that are fine, they do not review the forms and there is little communication if someone asked me if they would recommend them. I would say that I had muimala esriensi and I would not recommend them

I have Progressive MS and I’ve been a client of NSM for 7 years. Stephanie in the front office is always so helpful, informative and efficient. Tom, (branch manager) has helped me in so many ways. From his expert evaluation‘s; making certain I always have the right equipment - to his steadfast advocacy with the insurance companies so that I end up getting the aforementioned needed equipment.Most of all Blake Johnson, their lead technician and in my opinion customer service guru. He not only knows the equipment inside out and understands all of the features and purposes of the equipment (he taught me new things today that I never knew- things that will bring me genuine health benefits and pain relief) but also helpful hints and tips on accessories, what items need prescriptions and the intricacies of that process. Every interaction is always a pleasure and I always feel important.

I truly cannot say how thankful I am to EVERYONE that I have dealt with in concerns to my Permobil electrical problems.
