“Local management is stellar. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and very competent. Only negative is that you are charged $16 for insurance for the first month, even if you provide proof of your own homeowner's insurance, which means you do not have to pay the insurance in subsequent months. Why would you have to pay it for the first month if you provide proof? Seems like a money grab and not sure if it's legal. Otherwise, a great transaction.”

“The best storage facility around. The staff/property manager deserve all the praise in the world. Ray/Roy (I'm sorry I can't remember exactly what the gentleman's name is in the office) he is amazing! Super helpful! And incredibly informative! And to those who want to complain that rodents/bugs/critters got into their unit...Did you not notice that the storage facility is an OUTSIDE STORAGE FACILITY...located in an industrial area...in a desert?! If you're so concerned about your sh*t that you are storing at an OUTSIDE STORAGE FACILITY, then perhaps you should be packing your sh*t better and/or buy some bug/rodent repellent. It is after all an OUTSIDE STORAGE FACILITY. This place amazing! You'd be lucky to find a cheaper unit anywhere else, and better customer service you will not find. This place is amazing! I can't say it enough...so here it is at least once more... This place? AMAZING”
