This place is great! Very clean. This is the first time I've seen carts that actually work! Scott and Joy are wonderful. They definitely care about their customers. I highly recommend Morningstar!

First of all, Scott, he works here and is awesome, extremely helpful. There's no upsales, and I'm now on my second unit. (I did two small ones to have easier access to the back) Unlike the huge majority of storage places, here you have access to your unit 24/7, and it is very well kept and very clean brand new facility. The pricing beats everywhere else... You get 2 months free and it's on a month to month basis, with no contracts.... Also what's extremely unique is they have a very large moving truck that you can use. Absolutely for free you have to put gas in it... But the moving truck is like a U-Haul truck and it's free to use and that is extremely extremely helpful. All in all, this is one of the best storage places I've used.. The main thing is the 24/7 access. Almost every other facility closes access at 9:00 and the free truck usage is profoundly helpful when you're in a tight spot

This is the place if you need storage, temporarily or for a longer duration. The staff are very professional and friendly and work with you to help with storage needs and even a hand in the little things. Will definitely call on them if needed in the future. Joy is a really nice and detail oriented manager. She helped us get a storage unit that was climate controlled and perfect for trinkets and other items that need to be in a stable environment. They even have wine storage (we don’t need it, but I thought that was pretty cool). It was easy to call, get the info, go down, tour the unit, and get signed up. They are leasing fast and we were lucky enough to get a 1st floor drive up style unit. The exterior has a covered area to drive under to keep out of the elements. The location is great and you come in and out on Amador, which is a side street with a light, off Horizon Ridge. Quick and easy access to the MacDonald Highlands and Green Valley areas. The unit and complex are very clean and well kept and have 24/7 access. Plus, they have a move in special right now, so it made the decision easy. Thanks for all your help!

Moving toMorningstar Storage has been a great experience. We got a better location at a much lower price. The facility is well cooled and the push carts are much better quality than our other storage facility. They also gave us free use of their truck to move.

Joy and Scott are the best. Super easy to work with, and they address problemsquickly. Most units are climate controlled, and there is also a separate building for wine storage and other perishables. They have pallet dollies and even a box truck that you can reserve to make your moves easier. Top notch self storage.

I rented a storage shed-10 x 10 for my items recently as I was moving in with my husband and family.Joy works in the front office with another co-worker and both are very friendly, helpful and understanding. Joy gave me a tour, explained everything with important details and started the rental process. Her coworker completed it the next day as Joy was off and I purchased the rental insurance for $12.00 a month and I paid a prorated rent for the rest of April plus a onetime account set up fee of $29.00.The next day my family and I moved my belongings in. We reserved their truck from 9:00-12:00, but called to request an extension of two additional hours. Joy upon greeting me at the storage facility, told me we could have the truck until 4:00 or 5:00 pm as there wasn't anyone else requesting it. The facility is nice, new and clean. The units are indoors and heated or cooled depending on the season. I recommend Morningstar Storage. I am a satisfied customer!

We moved from another local storage facility because they raised their prices. Morningstar was affordable, the facility is brand new and super clean and you can borrow their 14 foot truck to move stuff for half of a day! I’ve never seen another storage company that lets you borrow a truck. The staff also helped us unload a few things that were heavy for just my husband and myself. I highly recommend this facility

Very professional service received from Joy & Scott at Horizon Ridge. Storage for our business all set up online, followed by a call from Scott to confirm the details. Their delivery acceptance facility is a real bonus for our business allowing us to receive packages for placement directly into storage. 24hrs access is going to be a real help when visiting this location.
