“I can't say enough kudos for store manager Cory. I received an invoice for $281.21 claiming I failed to turn in my old phone for exchange resulting in a failed exchange charge. I went to the store and explained to Cory my issue. He managed to find my old phone in the back room which was not properly procesed by the selling employee who left the store days after my purchase of the new replacement phone. Cory made a few calls to corporate and was able to remove the full $281.21 charge. I tried calling corp. and got nowhere. I found Cory to be very knowledgeable, affable and a pleasure to work with. He is a real asset to this store and AT&T.”

Once I explained the situation he immediately grabbed the tools and a new sims card for my iPhone and explained the process of upgrading my phone to a new generation once I was ready! “I went into Metro on July 12th. I was a hot mess!! The day prior going into Metro, one of the phone agents messed everything up, it was a complete $h!t show! From the minute I walked into the store on Green Valley Pkwy Irene was AWESOME!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB, WHEN NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US, SHE DID! “I got no incoming call on my phone for couple weeks, after cal Customer service and try to get help on an other T-Mobile store " on Pecos and Patrick" and spend over an hour whit T-Mobile technician it comes to the point that I need a new phone so they sending me to this location on green valley. Best customer service I have seen in awhile, the young guy's name is; Dean, from the very beginning he showed care and concerned on my phone issues, great attention and customer support. T-Mobile needs more employees like Dean! And yes after trying couple thing he did resolved my phone issues ! Thanks Dean. Best look whatever you go!! ❤️??”

“I've been coming to this Target for a few years now. Ever since they added the self checkout stations the lines have disappeared! The employees are always friendly and 90% of the time they have whatever it is I am looking for in stock. My one complaint is that I always walk out with way more than I was looking to get but I think that's just a Target thing not necessarily location specific haha.”

“I'm happy to report that I had a very productive and successful trip here today.My dad decided that it was time to upgrade his phone, so I initially took him to the Verizon on Lake Mead in Henderson earlier in the afternoon. They were a Victra store, which is an authorized retailer. More to the point, they only had one employee trying to juggle a gaggle of customers.We then opted to try this store, which we'd passed multiple times going down Sunset over the years. It's next to Harold's Chicken, which was formerly PizzaRev. Inside, it's more official-looking and had 5 or 6 employees working, with one of them named Jake warmly greeting us.We stated our intent to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S22 because there was a $350 discount available for it on that phone line. After accessing the account to find the offer, he told us that they only had the purple color of that phone in stock, which we okayed. He informed us that it would cost $9.72 monthly, which I did have to clarify was for 36 months and then calculated out to equal the correct post-discount price. He also charged us an upfront cost which comprised the sales tax (pre-discount) and a $35 upgrade fee, and he provided us with the printed receipt.Now for the buried lede: after he activated the new phone, we also requested that he transfer contacts/photos/texts/etc. from the old phone to the new phone. Jake was extremely helpful working the old phone screen, which had suffered water damage to the screen. However, he was able to play around with it and get the transfer going via the Samsung Smart Switch app. He was going to charge $30 for the service, but he ended up waiving the fee because the transfer was taking a long time and the store was closing soon. This felt like an above and beyond moment.He also helped us with some account changes. We inquired about the unlimited data plans and decided to upgrade to the least costly "Unlimited Welcome" plan after he said that it'd only be $5 more monthly. We also asked where the paperless billing statements were being sent. He was able to show us the email address, as well as change the email address to a preferred alternative.Overall, it was a far better experience than we'd feared. I'm so glad that there's a viable in-person Verizon option considering that Costco has abandoned their old wireless service third-party retailer and the local warehouse only offers T-Mobile.”
