Went to this store to purchase a phone out right because the kids phone stop working. When paying for the phone with my debt card the so call manager ask for my id. Not to just verify but to take a photograph of it. Surprised!!! I asked for a manager, he said he was the management. Then said one of the dumbest things ever. Saying they make a copy of your id at a car dealership don't they….lol. Do yourself a favor and don't play with dummies.. Go somewhere else. This is a scam and they might be selling peoples IDs

The guy who sold me the cellphone told me that I could return the cellphone as long as it was less than a month. When I came to return the phone, the manager Joseph tells me that he could not return the money because it was a final sales which it was not what I was toldHe proceeded to give me another receipt with such information. These people are thieves. The guy who sold me the cellphone is no longer working here.Updated review. I returned to the store. The same clerk, Joseph, was very rude. He refused to give me the owner's name and time that he is at the store. He refused to give me the name of someone above him. It was not until I returned with Metro Customer service on the phone that he gave me the name of a Manager above him. Some Memo guy.

Drove all the way down to this store at 4pm on a Tuesday. Door has a sign returning at 445pm. Not safe to have only one employee working alone and it also means you lose new accounts when they leave for lunch.

Went in to get my son his first phone. We got a great deal on a iPhone he was wanting. Makayla and another young lady helped us add the phone onto my husband's account. A short time later we were on our way. Both girls we're very nice and helpful. I recommend this location.

The customer rep was rushing off the phone and didn't offer possible optionsI had to ask all the questions and did not feel supported or provided customer care.

I went to get my phone transfer to another phone. The lady that help me was so rude. First she said that she couldn't get the case off my new phone she was having difficulties. So I had to show her how to take the case off. Long story short she act like she just didn't want to do her job. I will never ever go to this 1 again on sunset.
