This place is very unprofessional and liars. They stated that they text me and they called me to let me know. I was not able to use my Groupon the day of my appointment. I have the records nobody called me, and when I got to my appointment, the doors were locked.

I bought the Groupon as well...tried to make an appointment and was told I can only do so online. BUT: even with a valid voucher they want my credit card information to make an appointment- WTH??? Called back and was told they will not make appointments via phone, the lady answering the phone was incredibly unprofessional, telling me that all customers seem to have that problem and inferring that I was stupid, Yeah...no way I will allow a place that unprofessional to touch my face!

I bought a Groupon for a facial here. Everyone was polite and professional, but I don't feel that the facial was quality. The building was cheap. Had curtains with an open wall top. My "perfect" skin (I get compliments all the time on my flawless skin tone) has been blotchy and my lips have been chapped since my treatment a week ago. I felt the technician lacked any real skill and technique. I could have given myself a facial use as easy. She put on products, let it set with a light, cleaned me off and off I went. I thought I would go for a bit of pampering and hydration. This was a waste of time and money and caused skin issues.

The esthetician who does the eye lash extensions was amazing and that is the only reason for one stars. I bought a Groupon for classic eye lashes with a two week fill. I elected after wearing the classic eyelashes to pay to have the Volume lashes put on and offered to pay the difference in the cost of the fill. I made the appointment for my two week fill and got a notification 24hr in advance. However the day of I got busy, looked at the time, I was 45min late. Very disappointed that I was charged $85 for a no-show appointment. I live 5 min away. If they would have called or texted me I could have been there within 5 minutes. They stated it is not our responsibility to call you. Poor customer service. The next week when I had my fill. They did not honor my fill voucher stating it had been longer then 2 weeks from the original classic fill. Very poor customer service.
