I bought a suit from the Henderson store,they did the measurements and I was told it would be ready the next day. When I returned to pick it up when I tried it on none of the alterations where not done (pants and the sleeves on the jacket. I was told to come back the following day and it would be corrected. I live in Arizona so that wasn't an option. I had to have the alterations somewhere else. I will never return.

I have never rented a suit before. Going to a wedding out of state so now was the time. Went in approximately 3 weeks before event. Store was a little busy but once an associate got to me they were thorough and more than helpful.Alterations were made and I was able to pick up suit about a week before having to leave to town. It fit nicely. The return process was quick and easy. Chris was more than accommodating. A five star employee. I will definitely be back when the time arises.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. They were inattentive at best and straight up rude at worst.I wanted to try on shoes, and the employee made me feel like I was burdening him, and made a few passive aggressive comments.The training here needs dire improvement. I’m not planning on visiting this location ever again.

Extremely over priced. It is obvious that the staff get paid on commission. Very little communication when items are ready from their seamstress. Save yourself some money, go to Macys.

Needed a replacement suit, something I may wear on average once every 3 years.Clerk was very fast and knowledgeable in getting me measured and hooked up with what I needed. For items like suits it's beneficial to go to a place like Men's Wearhouse instead of wasting time in Khols or Walmart.

I had an awful first experience where the store I rented from didn't include the shirt I paid for. When I called a store close to where the wedding was (which I was in) to get a shirt, the person was not only not apologetic but not sure they could help me. I did find a shirt and contacted the location I rented from who wasn't sure what I wanted. I told them I wanted some type of compensation for having to leave the bridal party the day of the wedding because they didn't include a shirt. It caused distress for myself and the bride and they seemed to believe it was a minuscule inconvenience when it is literally their job.They offered me a $20 refund on the shirt which I had to go rent from another store. The issue isn’t just the shirt wasn’t there, the issue was trusting your company.

I was a bit trepidatious about coming to Men's Warehouse to get my husband's wedding suit. We decided we wanted to buy (he's never had a full suit before) over renting so he could have one for any other needs/occasions. I was worried because there are quite a few bad reviews and I'm not the biggest fan of this level of chain. But, my mans wanted to come in, so we did.Walking in, we were greeted immediately and helped immediately. I believe the person helping us was the manager or a supervisor or something of that level. He was quick and precise but not very personable. I don't blame him though, he seemed very busy and I don't need overly friendly, I need accurate and gets me what I'm asking for, which he did.We ended up having to get some pieces special ordered. We got phone calls when the items came in pretty quickly. We did encounter a problem with receiving the wrong item but it turned out there was one in the store. Odd but hey we got the right jacket and that's all that matters.This store is a bit busy (or was each time, about 4) when we came in but there are enough fitting rooms and nice bench to wait. The seamstress is quick and even if it does feel a bit impersonal, the job got done well.Overall, I think this was a good experience, with fair pricing and I would come back in if I ever needed something like this again.

I'm posting a one star rating for poor customer service. I was very thorough and detail purchasing shirt belt pants and shoes. I stated to the employee that was assisting me that I would take the shirt to the dry cleaners myself so it could be nice and pressed with creases on the sleeves. The employee stated that it was included and it was a new shirt it didn't need to be dry cleaned that the store would have it done for me. I just picked up my items and I still have to run them to the dry cleaners. It is what it is next time I will go with a store that cost a little bit more looks like we get what we pay for cheap price cheap service

My Fiance and I were promised a 20% discount on our Groomsman's dress shirts, if we made our Wedding profile with them, and had all our Groomsmam purchase their suits through Mens Warehouse.We made our profile, and had all 6 of our Groomemen purchased their suits .. So my Fiance went into the store tonight to purchase the shirts and Lorenzo, the Manager, was extremely rude and refused to honor the deal, because the person who told us they would honor the deal "no longer works there".Afrer explaining to him we were told by multiple people that they wiould honor this, even 3 days ago when we visited the store, Lorenzo still refused.Lorenzo you should be ashamed. Your store easily just lost out on at least $400 in sales due to this. After being customers for 15 years, we will never be back. Do not tell customers you will give a deal and then not honor it. Seriously awful customer service and business management. False advertisement just to get a sale out of us. Terrible customer service and representation of a very reputable brand.

Worst location I've ever been to. I've been to this location a few times, and each time it appears employees are ruder or helpless compared to all other locations.Lorenzo Woods especially could use some tips on customer service, can't express the amount of dissatisfaction from my experience.Make the drive to any location but this one.

Greeted upon entering. A very welcoming environment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, helping answer all of my questions and finding exactly what I needed for a last-minute event. Will definitely be returning and recommending.
