DO NOT use this facility! You get what you pay for! Unit was absolutely robbed of everything I own. Owner lives on property and was blind to notice a string of robberies committed by her own clientele. Not to mention that her security monitor was conveniently broken. Does not put any priority into protecting and securing your belongings. Avoid at all costs. I made the mistake going with the cheaper option in town and paid the price.

Our unit got broken into and when we asked the owner about security footage, she responded that her security monitor had broken down.... any reasonable company will get that situated asap. Prior to renting, the owner had stated that there were multiple burglaries previously but they were caught and everything was handled and that it wouldn't happen anymore. So once again if this situation would have happened previously, security footage should be priority to the owner. The monthly price is amazing. But you get what you pay for, actually worse since you'll get robbed.

Jennifer is amazing! Super nice! Her dog is adorable. The place Is kinda far if you don't live in Henderson but it's a nice drive. You can't beat the price.

Beware of advertisement that this is a security storage area. In one year I had an ATV, utility trailer, catalytic converter, 5 gallons of gas and motorhome broke into and vandalized.

Not sure why the bad reviews for this facility. The rates are great, I store an RV here. Easy to get to, Jennifer has been great to work with. The only reason for four stars is the pigeons! I have to wash the RV every time we go out to get the pigeon off.

Jennifer, owner of Marker Boat & mini-Storage DOES NOT RUN this business properly. She is illegally obtaining property under false pretenses, breaking in & entering without reason or cause, evicting tenants without proper notification, and personally very rude with a bad attitude. Shes NOT running this business legally. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!!! FYI (for your information). * She has yard sales Infront of storage with people's personal belongings (Is this legal?) * Illegally evicting tenants without legal notice, or proper procedures * Changes rules, prices, and guidelines without properly notifying tenants, * Discriminates on women (well at least multiple women in my family I KNOW this to be true about) Unfortunately, my family's life is NOT the only life affected dramatically by this woman poor way of conducting business, and I want to sue her for multiple reasons. -Obtaining my property under false pretenses - Breaking in and entering (she cut the lock on my storage unit and then left it open without any lock), - Unlawful discrimination against my daughter's and I by not allowing us to enter property to get my truck or any of my personal property out of unit without my husband present. - Illegally evicting us without proper legal procedures or notices - Increasing the bill without notice

Friendly and very fair rates.I've had three different vehicle sitting there off and on and plenty of parts laying around. Nothing broke into. Jennifer let's you work on your vehicle as long as you don't spill or leave fluids behind. Big space for $50.00 a month. I have a huge old box van there currently.

The manager there rented my dad a unit and it got robbed . when i asked her to please look into it she got mad that she was asked to do her job and started calling me names over the phone such as dummy, b**ch, and a person of interest. Then told my dad he has to get out now after he paid. This manager is a joke and treats customers terrible and is not responsible for any theft in her buisness. She was beyond rude to me and told me im bugging her when i only called her one time on my fathers behalf because hes not in good shape.this is a terrible place and your things are not safe. And jennifer is the worst manager at a buisness ive ever seen. Especially calling me names yelling and cussing at me. I wont stop posting about how terrible she treated my family till something is done.
