“I am very happy with the service provided by this location. I had a package returned due to improper labeling because there was a lithium battery inside the Playstation 5 I shipped last week. The package was returned to my home address. I returned to the store today with the proper UN 3481 hazardous materials battery label and they shipped it again for me at no additional cost. Thank you UPS Store on St Rose next to Costco!”
“Excellent customer. Friendly and superfast service. Staff seem well trained and go above and beyond to assist with returns. So far all my experiences have been 5 stars. As a customer I appreciate that.So glad there is a UPS store so close now.Only negative is the location is in a tiny area between the round about in inspirada, must watch out when backing out due gas station and cars not paying attention. ? But that does not effect the great customer service.”
“I had last minute printing done right before their closing time. They were so very gracious and welcoming. They gladly printed a large document for me which I needed urgently. I was earlier turned away from FedEx as they didn't have time. I'm so glad I found this Post Net location. I'll be bringing all my business here and referring others. “I understand that staffing is not under the control of the employees, but have only experienced courteous and prompt service in this location. The young men and women there always do their best to help. Faced with gigantic Amazon drops and customer returns, they still maintain a positive attitude. They are understaffed most of the times so lines can get long at peak hours. Is not their fault if customers are too chatty or unprepared.”
“I had an Amazon return and this was the closest UPS to where I was. A very nice man in the casino walked me down to the Business Center where the UPS office is. I walked in and asked about Amazon returns and the very nice lady explained that they do charge $6 for each package and that even if your return states that you do not need a box, for this location you DO need a box. I almost left to find the next closest store but the lady was so nice and genuine that I decided that I would pay the $6. For me, quality customer service means a lot more than a service charge. I would have spent 20 minutes just going to another store, but I stayed and had a good experience. But you should know the terms before you go in so you are not surprised or put off.”

“Great customer service! I was having trouble with my bank account and my card didn’t work and the nice women there told me they would take care of it and to take care of the bigger problem at hand. I told them I would come back and they said not to worry about it and said they didn’t want me driving all around and they got the locals backs! I had to ship something to Canada and she said I will give you 4 options before I even asked for options. They are really great at customer service.”
